I purchased the installation because I replaced everything and needed to have it all installed at once. The techs where dressed professionally, they where kind, considerate, quick, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did not rush to leave. They cleaned up everything as they where leaving and offered me the protection plan, but I had already purchased it. Over all it was the best experiance with geek squad that I have ever had. Keep up the great work.

Installed television, sound bar, subwoofer, rear speakers, and DVD player. Polite and courteous technicians. Quick installation and setup. Gave demonstration and suggested settings. Took away boxes and packing material for recycle. Overall a very good experience.

Install was so quickly completed. The Geek Squad Reps were wonderful about explaining the functions of the Sony Bravia and answered all our questions. Excellent service, and very knowledgeable and nice Reps.

The Geek Squad team who delivered and set up my new LG G4 OLED were fantastic. They provided great communication leading up to the delivery, they wore shoe coverings in my apartment, and truly were a pleasure to work with. They set up the tv carefully and efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s the main reason I ordered from Best Buy since they’re one of the only places that offers setup around me, and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Techs were outstanding. Set up tv with ethernet connection to our wifi, demonstrated use of new design remote, set up and organized our favorites and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving.

The crew of three arrived to install my tv. I was immediately informed the cost of $199.00 only included delivery from store to house and taking it out of the box and setting it on a dresser. That is certainly not what was discussed at the time of purchase. I need the tv to be installed on the wall same as existing tv. The arrangement was to take old tv down and install the new one. I had to pay additional money which I disagree.

We were very satisfied with the delivery and setup of our TV. The Geek Squad technicians explained how everything works and connected our devices.

Technicians set up the tv, programmed the apps, and demonstrated how to use them (and how to make changes if I choose to in the future).

The Geek Squad Associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they had to make a second trip in order to haul away our HEAVY and old tv. It was a holiday weekend night & they showed up around 8 pm to "finish the job" with a good attitude.

Worth every cent! Arrived on-time, unpacked 70" TV, had the base installed on it, placed it on my TV cabinet, and had all my 'stuff' hooked up and working great in record time. Explained new remote and several features of the new TV to me as well. They then moved the "old" 55" TV to the garage and hauled away all the packaging for the 70" TV. Professional and pleasant. So glad I had them deliver and set up for me!

The squad guys showed up on time, went about their work applying their experience to programming the Comcast remote and cleared the box when done. There was no way I could have done this with only my wife helping. They definitely had the experience to get this job done professionally.

From the installation to the actual use of the TV has been an outstanding experience. The technician that delivered and setup the TV went beyond what would be a normal delivery and to fit the TV into an existing space. The actual TV setup and operation was explained in great detail and was appreciated by my wife and myself. The TV works great. BestBuy's customer service from the ordering to delivery to setup was done in a total professional manner. I will shop at BestBuy for all my video and audio needs. A very satisfied customer, JOB WELL DONE!!

The agents who came to install our television were professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and made us feel comfortable as they set up and explained how to use the remote. We’re both 81 and not too tech savvy but we could do the things they showed us after they left.

The agent unboxed my new TV, put it on my entertainment center, and made all the connections (power, HDMI, coaxial cable). He then set up my remote controls (TV and DirecTV), showed me how to download a streaming app, and showed me how to use it. He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

The agent came and setup the tv with the cable hookup etc. because we are Older it is difficult to deal with newer technologies. It was well worth the cost.

Geek squad are very professional and are experts in the services they provided. They did a great job installing 7 each ceiling speakers system, home theater system, mounted my television, and explained how to use the entertainment system. Wires and cables were professionally installed behind the walls. Very very happy. I am glad to be a member of the Geek Squad.
