I can't say good things enough about Scott and Adam at the ease of my installation of my new 65" Sony Bravia T.V. this is a great T.V . I had some problems with the installation of my T.V. At the start of it all, then along came Scott and Adam and made it all right within a few minutes of starting my installation. Thanks guys we can't say enough good things about the two of you, really great guys.

The two guys that come out to put up our TV were very polite young men. They helped me decide where to place my TV mount and showed me how it worked. They anticipated that I might want a different mount or wiring my TV wires through the wall. Although I didn't take them up on either of these offers I thought that they were very prepared to complete their job and more. Plus if I wanted to change my mount I wouln't need to go back to the store which is an hour away. They did a good job. The TV mount is sturdy and I have no concerns with my TV falling off the wall. So, I give them 5 stars here.

Although it took almost 2 weeks to be done, I was very happy with the agents helpfulness to set up my new Roku device.

Set up went fine. The spectrum control was a little challenging. Did not work properly on first visit. Second visit was a success after a lengthy process that finally got the control to work integrating The sound bar, the Tv and the cable box. Good Job by all.

We were very pleased with the Geek Squad's installation of my Mom's new 55" television. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respective to both her and her property. All of the connections made worked perfectly and she was able to watch her new TV using the same cable remote that she used for her old TV.

The agents hooked up a 65 in tv. They called before arriving. They were very nice and courteous. I would use them again.

Agent did a great job setting up my TCL tv. Explained how the Roku worked and showed me a sample of it.

Geek Squad did a very good job eating up my TV and connecting all my streaming devices. They were here for an hour and 15 minutes for setup. They connected my cable and my Apple TV 4K. They also set up my sound bar. Good job overall.

Charles Trask and Andrew Coy at the Panama City,FL Best Buy Store were great. They took out my existing tv and put it in another room then they installed my 50" Sony,and made sure everything was working properly.Showed me how to work the tv and remote.....They left their number in case I had questions later. They were fast,and took all the trash with them(They don't want the customer putting out the cardboard because it might attract thieves),and were polite. I know that not all Geek Squad employees are this way I guess it's the people they hire in some places. I believe that overall they are all great. I recommend the ones in Panama City,FL.

The geek squad delivered and set up my 75" LG tv quickly and professionally. The two young men were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

This TV has actually gone above my expectations. The picture is absolutely superb. I highly recommend it.

Geek Squadder was great w/ install & addt'l support!

The tech was friendly and quickly set up my TV. now can access all my services easily. They include Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Sling.

After connecting my remotes to the TV, I can't use my Dish remote to change the volume or turn off the television like I could with the previous television.
