The two installers that delivered my LG 65" CX OLED TV did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the set up process to me as they were setting up the TV. I don't know about you but I would rather pay Best Buy the delivery and set up fee that to try and do it my self. After all if the delivery or tv is bad Best Buy makes good on replacement. If I do it myself I own the mistake or damage to the tv.

We enjoy our lg tv very much. The picture is very sharp and clear. We also like all the apps you can watch.

I'd rather have someone from the GS set up my electronics that fuss with it myself. I've got enough to do. Well worth it overall install and setup price.

Set up my 55” Samsung TV and 60” Sharp TV from Cable box to basic checked all channels and insured that everything was working on all my TV

The agent did mount the 43 in. TV plus he took the empty carton with him.

Service person set up my TV quickly, gave instructions that were easy to understand and answered all my questions as well addressing my concerns

Agents got the tv set up and working. Really need and instruction manual on how to turn tvs on though. Older people forget what they're told and need it written down.

Much better picture and options than my old tv which only lasted 4 years. It went dark nEd no reboot helped

The agents were excellent. My only criticism would be that they didn't know they were supposed to connect the audio system to the television because the sales person did not include that in the paperwork, so they didn't have time to do it all in the first trip. It was not their fault and they were apologetic. Very good and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them.
