    After connecting my remotes to the TV, I can't use my Dish remote to change the volume or turn off the television like I could with the previous television.

    MY BEST BUY MEMBER# 2634949588 Our installer, Caleb Krueger went the extra mile of stellar professional service by reassuring us that even during a power outage the LG 55" TV and Vizio Sound System would be successfully installed. Three hours after Caleb departed and the service was complete, the power was restored and our new home entertainment system worked perfectly, Thank you for a job well done, Caleb!

    The team of two arrived on time, with a courteous call ahead of visit. These guys treated my place with respect, took their shoes off, installed the TV and guided me through manuals, and left the place super neat. I was impressed how polite they were. I know it's a little extra to pay, but in no way, I could lift and carry the box with 65" TV by myself. I'm glad Best Buy has Geek Squad available for these services.

    The agent connected all my TVs and set up apps. In addition, he helped me finish installing all my audio equipment. I am 84 and I don't have the physical ability do many things. He was great!
