    The Geek squad installed my new 55" Samsung TV and all of the hook ups. They spent a lot of time with me so that I understood how to use the remotes and switch back & forth between Cable, Netflex, Disney & Samsung. That was the Best Part of their installing my TV since I'm 80 yrs old

    The Geek Squad Tech's were spot on. They called ahead to inform me of their ETA as they were wrapping up an installation at another Best Buy customer's home. Moreover, they arrived on time as promised, thus ensuring I would not have to take a 1/2 day off from work while wondering what time someone was going to be at my home. Beyond these two noteworthy elements, they quickly worked a as a team to explain and set up my new 65 inch Sony OELD TV.
