The Geek squad was amazing setting up the tv. They explained the set-up and taught me how find and connect apps particular to my likes and interests.

Yes. But I would appreciate receiving a user's manual. The only way I can get the most out of my new tv is by trial and error, and that's no end of frustration.

With the quality help of a sales rep on the phone, i got a fabulous new TV. It was the only one left in the country at Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier. The pucture is incredible. Sound is crysral clear and it's easy to operate. Pretty good for this old lady who had no idea what was what when she started shopping that day!
