    This Sony Bravia 85 inch Google TV is just crazy big. I’d love the clarity of the picture but it is a Sony so that is to be expected. And the Google TV it’s so easy to use to find favorite movies or apps.

    The agents did an excellent job in setting up my new Sony TV and connected it to all of my devices. Both Javier and Travis were very professional and followed Covid 19 protocols. Agents like Javier and Travis are one of the primary reasons we continue to purchase products from Best Buy.

    THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND BEGIN ANALYZING THE PROBLEM WITH THE WI-FI. HE DISCOVERED THE CONNECTION TO THE TV WAS NOT WORKING AND WAS ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER WAY TO BRING VIDEO AND SOUND TO THE TV WHICH WAS LOCATED IN THE POOL AREA. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE DID TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD WERE RESPONDED TO PROMPTLY AND IN A CONCISE MANNER. ALSO, HE PROVIDED INFORMATION ON THE USE STREAMING FOR TV PROGRAMS. HE WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHICH MADE FOR AN OVERALL PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

    The techs/installers were excellent!!! They completed the install in less time than I had anticipated, including clean-up. They also set-up the TV and remote control. Then they reviewed the operation of the TV and answered our questions.

    Our service tech installed our TV. It was a smart TV and he installed the different packages we have and explained to us how to use them. He was very knowledgeable and took the time and patience to show us everything. I am very happy we decided to have it installed and bought a service contract.

    The Geek Squad very quickly connected my new TV and proceeded to explained all the major features of the TV. They spent time to help us connect to Amazon Prime, Netflix and explained other programs available on the system. The two reps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

    The installers arrived at the appointed time. They were very respectful of our property, were courteous and professional. The equipment was installed efficiently, and they thoroughly explained the operation of our new setup. They patiently answered all of our questions, and cleaned up all of the packaging. They demonstrated expertise with all of the new products, and we would recommend this service to all of our neighbors and family.

    The Greenville, NC nb-Site Geek Squad led by Josh Hines did an outstanding job delivering, installing and setting up this TV. The team overcame a troublesome WiFi situation and when finished, the TV was fully operational and on the WiFi network. I recommend this team for any similar services for purchase from the Greenville, NC store. In my opinion, this Team the best that Best Buy has.

    Usually I would've attempted an install. Then thought to myself. I'm no spring chicken anymore. In the past with other companies. I've had installs that were nightmares. Not this time! Emails and the correspondences were perfect. Readied my home the day prior. The day of. My installers Christine and Lorenzo show up with my product. They explained the process. Pretty much by the time I returned to the living room they were done. And programming my tv! I was shocked, amazed and thrilled all at once. Both of them explained the features and so forth. So very friendly and helpful! I would completely recommend an install. Saves time,frustration and hassle. So worth it!

    The team arrived during the time window given. They were courteous, efficient and very helpful. They quickly set up our TV, linked it to the internet, and set up the features I wanted. I would definitely have the geek squad set up any future purchases.

    The agents set up my TV and hooked up all the peripherals, including an old VHS. They also set up my streaming stations and made it very easy to find everything. I'm happy they did it. I'm computer literate, but it would have taken me hours longer.

    My wife and I were very impressed with the technicians that set up our Samsung TV. Unboxing and setup went swiftly and in the matter of about 15 minutes our new TV was fully operational. The Tech took time to describe our new remote and as well as how to add our previous streaming channels to the home bar, including a short cut usung a QR code. They took the time to answer any questions we had and offered to take the empty boxes with them. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

    Your Geek Squad, it was very professional. It came on time, which is always a plus I watched them set everything up. They answered my questions and I was surprised the 2 of them came from 2 different stores, but yeah, they work together like a team. Like they had been together before Awesome. Also I was impressed with the product that I haven't brought I wasn't aware. That Sony was still out there. A name that I've been familiar with for over 60 years. So thank you very much for everything. Why am I add the leaf of California and even my aged uncle. I bought the same TV 2 weeks after I bought mine and a Geek Squad. It was just as proficient here on the West Coast.

    Crisp clear colors just like the store

    Chrisp clear color, and deep blacks just like I saw in the store. Excellent 3D, The vertual 3D was just like the demo tape that played in the store. This was an excellent value for the money. When compared to other TV's with a similar price, I believe the Samsung 8500 was the clear winner. It was just like the sales people said, They were extremely honest when they said - your picture is only as good as your source. Max, Devon and manager Mat were excellent -I was suprised how helpful they were and how they went out of their way for me. I will shop again in their store due to their knowledge of product and willingness to help. I also bought the 5 yr warantee and set up. It was a very smart move. They knew how to set up the TV and gave me everything I wanted. They downloaded the apps with the smart TV and set up custom sound - I wanted the installers to hook it up to two sound systems and the TV sound so it could switch between them just like I asked - and the sound was possible with an adaptor that was included. They maxed out my TV and it acted just like the sample I saw in the store. I was surprised that non high def channels also looked very clean, clear and had vivid clear rich colors and pictures. This was one Black Friday sale that made me a believer. All of you were #1 - thank you. I highly recomment this TV and Best Buy. Chris

    The Geek Squad delivered and set up my new Samsung QLED TV quickly and programed my cable remote with all the information needed to control every feature of my TV into one remote. The Geek Squad techs were very cordial and knowledgeable and answered all are question and removed all packing materials.

    Cared Enough to Come Back and Demonstrate Usage

    The first time the Geek Squad came out to install the soundbar, replace our large screen TV, hoo up our Wii, and connect our Xfinity cable box, something wasn't right and we couldn't raise the volume on the sandbar. I received an email from one of the installers asking if things were working properly. I emailed him back and told him I was ready to tear it all apart and return the item to the store. He called me pithing a half hour and drove back to our house to fix the issue and show us how to work it. It is now working very well. We appreciate the Geek Squad caring enough to return and show us how to use the remotes, especially since we paid for a year of service.
