The Geek Squad techs (Carlos and David?) who installed my tv thoroughly understood the tv and guided me through the set up process including loading up my streaming apps. Great guys

The techs were very efficient in setting up my new TV and removing the old one.

Work done was very professional. Guys left the extra parts with me in case we ever changed out the tv that we had them mount. Very neat any tidy.

The Geek Squad set up my new 55" Samsung TV with no issues. They connected all my devices (digital antenna, BlueRay player, Roku streaming device, and RCA to HDMI converter) and programmed the TV to recognize all external devices. They hauled away my old TV and new TV box. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I would use this service again.

the tech crew knew exactly what it was doing, very quick and efficient, and even provided some helpful, free advice. Very pleased. Well worth the cost.

The two gentlemen were in & out in a flash. They explained my new television and its features. Which was greatly appreciated since manuals are no longer included. They explained shortcuts and programmed by television according to my wishes.

Knowledgeable, patient and efficient is how I describe the service of the techs who installed and setup my new television.

The agents set up 2 t.v.'s and programmed them for me. Only thing they didn't do was leave written instructions for all the different ways to use my DVD but I will figure all out and if I can't I'll call.

The agents installed and connected my TV with Soundbar very efficiently and explained all the features in a very concise manner

The agent set up our TV perfectly. For some reason Alexia now talks so fast she sounds garbled. The time is off by one hour. Is there some way we can correct ourselves? Please let us know. Thank-you ... Karole Bennett

Love the new tv. The picture is crystal clear with lots of different options. I haven't even used them all yet!

Geek Squad (really one guy) brought in, set up and connected it to Comcast. He installed our sound bar and adjusted it to work properly. He made sure all the apps worked and showed us how the menu worked. Made sure all the updates were downloaded. He was very thorough and polite.

The guys that came here are very nice but I pretty much set the system up correctly before they came so I don’t think the price was adequate for what they did but they were very professional the price was terrible
