    Agent set up tv but haul away did not happen since the old tv was still installed when haul away was ready to take away. You’d think the schedulers could get it right.

    The geek guy did a great job setting up the new TV. Few days later I figured out how to get rid of the DVR and download the Spectrum app, saving me 15.00$ a month. Was going to have the Geek guy do that but totally forgot while he was here.

    The delivery of my new TV was great! Nick and Oscar were wonderful doing the installation and getting the TV set up for me. They took the time to explain all the settings to me which I greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for better service and I definitely recommend the Geek Squad's services, especially Nick and Oscar!

    Stephen Canady of Best Buy, Santa Rosa, ca Geek Squad, came to the house to install our new tv. When we discovered that it wouldn't fit on the stand, he looked up another tv that would, exchanged it and returned the next day to install it. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he install the tv but he hooked up the DVR, the Amazon fire stick, and wrote out instructions for us. He could not have been nicer. I highly recommend him, not only for Geek Squad and Best Buy, but as a person.
