The install was great. Leo very knowledgable I do think the store level Geek squad and the installers have better knowledge than the Geek squad phone line folks

The person went to the wrong house but once he came to my house it was wham bam thank you ma'am. All went well and no problems. He explained everything I needed to know and I've been watching with no problems since set up.

Now that I have had it for a year, I do not see myself ever getting rid of it. It has been very, VERY useful. I used my membership to get a discounted price when Best Buy mounted a new television into my bedroom. Not only was the service done well, and quickly, it was discounted due to the membership. Keep up the great work!

Geek Squad agents Austin and Dustin were a HUGE help. They were extremely kind, professional, informative and friendly. I was impressed with the clear communication before, during and after the service. They made my mom feel extremely comfortable with her new TV and new functions.
