I had Best Buy Tech's set up and by 75" TV and Sound Bar. The explained the programing a even helped me load up my old 65" TV enabling me to take it to a Senior Citizen's home that could not afford a TV.

They got everything set up and working then took the time to explain how to efficiently navigate the systems.

Geek services for a new TV was seamless. Letting go of an old buddy TV that had serviced us well had been delayed, dreading the hassle of learning a new system. But this Geek Squad took us on to updated technology with new hook-ups with on site education. They were quick, efficient and full service! By the time they left I was ready to switch and hone in on the full capacity of the newest technology with ease, and success! Well worth the fee!! They left a contact number if additional assistance was needed, but it was a number that did not get used, because the instructions were that complete and great!

The agent moved my cumbersome old TV and set it close by. He unpacked and placed my new TV on my designated site. He then connected it to my devices while doing the proper setup of the TV itself. He thoroughly explained any questions I had and removed the original box & packing. I was very satisfied with the experience!

Geek Squad (really one guy) brought in, set up and connected it to Comcast. He installed our sound bar and adjusted it to work properly. He made sure all the apps worked and showed us how the menu worked. Made sure all the updates were downloaded. He was very thorough and polite.

Installer did a great job. However, several hidden connecting wires are now showing from behind wall mounted TV
