The two gentlemen who came to set up my new TV and equipment knew their stuff. In no time all the new equipment was set up - ready to go - gave me an introduction and were on their way, They even took away the two ton old TV I was replacing.

Love the new tv. The picture is crystal clear with lots of different options. I haven't even used them all yet!

Geek Squad agents Austin and Dustin were a HUGE help. They were extremely kind, professional, informative and friendly. I was impressed with the clear communication before, during and after the service. They made my mom feel extremely comfortable with her new TV and new functions. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am super grateful for these guys and will always ask for them by name.

The agents installed and connected my TV with Soundbar very efficiently and explained all the features in a very concise manner

The agents set up 2 t.v.'s and programmed them for me. Only thing they didn't do was leave written instructions for all the different ways to use my DVD but I will figure all out and if I can't I'll call.

The people who actually installed the two wall mounts were great. The people in the Grapevine TX location were sorely lacking. I had to return because the first person scheduled the installation at my OLD address (I was moving). When the two installers showed up I found out that I was over charged. I was charged for mounting and full hook up to include apps, etc. be careful

Work done was very professional. Guys left the extra parts with me in case we ever changed out the tv that we had them mount. Very neat any tidy.

The guys that came here are very nice but I pretty much set the system up correctly before they came so I don’t think the price was adequate for what they did but they were very professional the price was terrible
