The new TV was up and ready for receiving the Wifi very quickly. One of the agents did the TV task while answering all our questions. Once the TV could receive a signal the new voice remote was introduced & my husband was all set.

Impressive Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bobby and his helper showed up at the time promised.They were very careful removing the the 65"TCL from the box.They moved my 43" TCL to another room for me and hooked that up too.They took their time explaining the functions and answered any questons.Both were very professional and courteous. I was very impressed!

Love My Geek Squad

Worth Every Penny

Which was greatly appreciated since manuals are no longer included. They explained shortcuts and programmed by television according to my wishes.
