Geek squad did a great job as always. On time fast installation and showed me how it worked

Very efficient and competent assembly and set-up. The Geeks even set up the TV and soundbar so that I could use my AT&T remote for all general picture & sound use with just the one remote. I've only had to use the separate Samsung TV remote to access the Samsung settings and tweak the picture color tone to my liking.

Ross did an excellent job of keeping me informed of his arrival. Also did a good job connecting my tv antenna. However, it cost me $50 along with my $200 annual membership fee to have him come out and spend less than an hour connecting my antenna. It turns out I had to purchase an amplifier to connect to my antenna so will I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and attach it to the antenna?

while the problem of establising a mouse to keyboard problem, I received excellent, attentive service for the Geek Squad representative. On the other hand, navigating your website was confusing and difficult you might add an "other" category for problems that are relative to your service. Trying to schedule an appointment was also cumbersome. I ultimately chose togo to the store.

The Geek folks did a nice job setting up my new TV. They configured the streaming stuff, the remote, my Xfinity remote, etc. well done and worth it to avoid the hassle of self delivering and self setting up the unit

(Unlike some other utility companies I've had to deal with) Since I've purchased the 1 year Geek Squad service, I'll continue to use them for my other devices. Best Buy delivered my TV within the scheduled window and were very sanitary (gloves, masks, etc). They installed my TV and got it connected to my blu ray player and cable. They were also very patient as I downloaded and signed in to my preferred apps (Netflix, etc). They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made recommendations for future products to enhance my at home theater. I’m very pleased and will use this service again.
