They arrived as scheduled, wore masks and installed our new tv quickly and efficiently as well as explained how to use the new remote. They set up the streaming services that we needed and cleaned all areas that they touched. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

I always use geek squad to do all my setups. they are all good. they usually send at least 2 techs.I have had dozens of GEEK SQUAD techs in my home in the last 25 years. On this occasion only one tech came to my home and i was a little worried because i am elderly and not able to help this young man setup my new 77" sony bravia oled tv and my new sony dolby atmos sound system. I did not need to worry, I had just met the GREATEST geek squad tech in my life. This young man's name was Kirk Mcginty, and he was not only able to set up EVERYTHING by himself but he did so efficiently and perfectly! He also took the time to pair everything and show me how to navigate and use my first 4k systems! Kirk Mcginty,I will never forget your kindness!!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE! T.J.’s service was exemplary—kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived at the expected time and completed our installation in a most professional manner! In addition, he made some recommendations to us that greatly enhanced our T.V. viewing experiences, as well as our equipment performance.

The agent installed the functions on the TV . He was evidently efficient and competent; communicated respectfully and took the time to carefully explain the operation of the remote, etc. I truly appreciate the quality of service.

My wife and I were very impressed with the technicians that set up our Samsung TV. Unboxing and setup went swiftly and in the matter of about 15 minutes our new TV was fully operational. The Tech took time to describe our new remote and as well as how to add our previous streaming channels to the home bar, including a short cut usung a QR code. They took the time to answer any questions we had and offered to take the empty boxes with them. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

The agents were very professional and polite. They set up the TV and answered any questions I had. They were very neat and replaced the cable organizer exactly correct.

They delivered my television. They unboxed it and put it on the stand. They were quite efficient. I would highly recommend them great team.

The agents installed my new tv & explained everything as they were doing it. It didn’t take long. Then she took the time to set the tv up for me, which I was very grateful for. She explained everything she was doing so I would know how to maneuver to what I wanted. She even put the passwords in on each of my streaming apps !! Answered all my questions, as there were many. Asked if I had any more questions before she left. Very personable & friendly. Was extremely happy with her & the Geek Squad. I have you have the information as to who installed it. The Geek Squad did a fabulous job connecting my TV, DVD player, CD player, speakers, and Sonos unit together. So happy I can enjoy my entertainment center again! After moving to a new home, my equipment sat for several weeks till the Geek Squad got here. Loving my music and videos in my home; thank you!

Jeremy from the Geek Squad was great! He and his partner arrived on time and quickly set up our new TV and sound bar. He explained how to do everything and helped complete the smart tv set up with us.

Delivery was on time. The 2 installers were quick, efficient, & very knowledgeable about the set up & repeated to answer all my questions.

The agents took away my old TV and mounted my new 65 inch Samsung in remarkably fast time. They skillfully reconnected all devices including my Blu-ray player and Dish Network. They made sure that I was able to pair up all remotes and even walked me through getting online with the several apps that I already have. They provided tips and suggestions on how to achieve a better picture as well. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves taking the TV box with them. They gave me a number to call should I need any additional help, which I did not. I was very impressed with these two individuals - their professionalism and patience. I highly recommend installation by the Geek Dquad. Without hesitation, I give them five stars!

The guys brought the television down to the basement entertainment area and set it up very quickly and efficiently. They programmed it in minutes and checked it out. They even hauled away the old tv. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely will do it again next time.

Wow! What an awesome job Jimbo and his helper did. They were fast, efficient, so very respectful and courteous. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the product, they also explained in detail what I needed to get the most out of my new TV. They took their time to set everything up and did not leave until I understood and was comfortable operating my new TV. There was no way I could have set this up myself. I truly can not thank them enough. What a wonderful surprise to experience such incredible customer service!

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my new 85" Samsung QLED Ultra HD TV and sound system. They showed me how everything worked, and even help set up one of the new streaming channels that I signed up for. Overall I am very happy with the service I received.

The agent mounted my 70 inch TV, put together my TV stand, placed all the cords in and mounted to the wall, program my logic remote control to the TV, Wii, DVD and DirectV box. They work quickly and show me and my husband how yo operate the remote control. What an awesome team.
