These gentlemen showed up on time. Called to let me know when they would arrive. Set up the tv on arrival, covered their shoes and very professional. They answered every question I had. I will definitely use them again when I get a 70 in. Explained warranty on the tv and whom to contact. i had a pleasant experience. !!!

Aaron delivered the TV and Blue Ray player and set up the whole works. The location made it a little difficult but he handled it like a champ, He then set up the cable remotes and had everything synced together and explained everything to me. Being old school and technologically challenged, I really appreciated it.

We purchased 65 inch Sony tv at Best Buy. They delivered the TV and it was installed. It cost to install the tv but we are glad that we had it done. We are very happy with the tv. We get many extra programs that we like. We are enjoying what we purchased.

This was my 2nd time using Geek Squad to install TV/SoundBar/wireless router. Once again they did an outstanding job. Neat. Pleasant. Everything was up and running when they left.

I bought a new 85” Sony and I’m glad I paid for setup and installation. The tv is huge and weighs 100+ pounds so there was no way I wanted to risk damaging it. The install crew carried it in carefully, unboxed it and got everything running. Honestly I kind of enjoy doing that part myself, but in this case it was well worth it to have them do all the heavy lifting. I dinged them for 1 star because they cancelled my original delivery date without notice and made me wait an extra week.

Fantastic service from Geek Squad reps. They were timely, efficient, very professional. Answering all my questions, the service techs walked me thru set-up of my tv, remote and helped me download apps. They were THE best!

Chris and Jules did an excellent job setting up my 43" SAMSUNG 4K TV. Also they set up my BLU-RAY DVD player, and VCR. And they showed me how to add streaming networks to my tv. Also explained to me how the remote does not need batteries. They were great because this is my first smart tv that I have purchased from BESTBUY. Also they cleaned up all the trash after the installation of my SAMSUNG 43" 4K smart Tizen tv. The service was well worth the money.

The two workers installed sound bar, TV, and laptop computer. They worked fast and with great skill. Also took away old TV and computer. Great employees!

Installment team was spot on, a few minutes late but that was ok, stuff happens. Installment went smooth, guy's were knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Hope if I ever buy something and have it delivered from Best Buy, it's those guys knocking at the door.

The installation was done completely and expertly by the installer. He was extremely professional as well as friendly. It was obvious that he knew the product well. Since the install I have had no issues and I am enjoying my TV.

They delivered my television. They unboxed it and put it on the stand. They were quite efficient. I would highly recommend them great team.

GC showed up right on time and did a wonderful job setting up & connecting up my new Samsung TV’s.

Absolutely wonderful guys that installed my tv!!! They were so patient and taught me how to use it. Can’t ask for better!! They said to mention something about a pie but I forgot why. They said there was a competition but I do not remember the details. In any event, I just can’t speak highly enough of the installers. They were outstanding!!

This service was worth the money. The techs installed my Samsung TV in what seemed to be record time. The set it up to all my devices and tested them. Afterwards he took the time to run through all the features and shortcuts. I was very impressed with his product knowledge and professionalism. Great Job Guys!

Two very nice young men came to my house both were wearing masks, they were very courteous. They set the new TV on the stand And hooked up all my devices that were on my old TV. They showed me how to operate the remote and made sure that I knew how to operate the TV.

The Geek Squad set up the new TV, connected all the peripherals, and demonstrated how it worked. I needed additional support with the remote and the DVR, which was promptly and thoroughly provided.

The Agent was on time, very friendly, courteous, and professional. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner.

The agent arrived promptly, installed the set quickly, explained the use of the controls, answered my questions, removed the old set and all packaging and went on his way. It could not have been a more pleasant experience.
