Geek services for a new TV was seamless. Letting go of an old buddy TV that had serviced us well had been delayed, dreading the hassle of learning a new system. But this Geek Squad took us on to updated technology with new hook-ups with on site education. They were quick, efficient and full service! By the time they left I was ready to switch and hone in on the full capacity of the newest technology with ease, and success! Well worth the fee!! They left a contact number if additional assistance was needed, but it was a number that did not get used, because the instructions were that complete and great!

This was a great experience. The men who came to set up my TV - sound bar and subwoofer, cd player, playstation and hook up to cable were exceptional.

Did a great job. I had problems with my WiFi so had to wait for ATT to come get it straightened out but they explained everything as well as they could. Would like to have had another visit after all was working.

I ORIGINALLY GOT THIS TV FOR MY LIVING ROOM BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL (IT WASN'T REALLY, BUT I KNEW I WANTED SOMETHING BIGGER). SO I GOT A 55" FOR MY LIVING ROOM AND MOVED THIS ONE TO MY BEDROOM. TALK ABOUT AWESOME!

Television placed, hooked to internet and sound bar. Remote of tv programmed to adjust sound bar. All without a hitch

Technicians were very professional, wore their (COVID) masks, handled my new TV very carefully. One opened the box, the other put the parts together. They worked as a team, and installed the TV very quickly, explaining each step to me as they went. They explained operation of the TV, programed it to my cable service and DVD, and explained that as well. They cleaned up all the packaging and took it away, leaving my room clean and in perfect order.

Yes this is a nice T V. There is clarity in the picture and the size is good for the space.
