Geek Squad installed high up on wall in my garage.

They were taking old TV to recycle, there was a crew installing Wood Floors, one of the men said he would like have the old TV, I managed to run the Geek Squad down and they returned the TV. I appreciate them going to the going to the trouble to return it, the guy took i home and he said it works great. Thanks for the extra effort.

Installation of TV

The remote isn't completely set up making me use two remotes. I will figure it out on my own. The service was incredibly fast, i think next day.

So refreshing to find people who act like they enjoy their jobs. (Unlike some other utility companies I've had to deal with) Since I've purchased the 1 year Geek Squad service, I'll continue to use them for my other devices. Definitely worth it when you're older like me and cant set up tvs and computers myself.
