Best decision I could have made is to have the geek squad set up my Sony 43" TV. I guess you could say I am "electronically challenged" so I never would have tried to set it up. James was my installer and could not have been more knowledgeable and efficient in setting up the TV. James showed me how to work the remote and maneuver around the apps. My thanks to James for being so nice and friendly and helpful. My TV works like a charm thanks to him.

The agent did everything expected and went above and beyond in instructing me and how to use my new TV. He was very personable and patient.

We had the Geek Squad set up 2 tv's. The first team did a good job but did not set up streaming correctly. The 2nd team was very good but neglected to set up streaming correctly. The 3rd team was excellent. Set up streaming on both tv's and explained the remote functions. Those guys did a great job.+

The technician installed this TV and his knowledge was fantastic, he programmed the unit and walked me through the functions.

Agents connected the TV to Blu-ray, receiver and external speakers, but programing the remote was a problem as this was the first time the agent had programed one of these remotes. After the agents left I had problems using the universal remote and subsequently ended up buying a Harmony remote from Amazon and returning the first remote. That resulted in needing Geek Squad to come back and program the Harmony at an additional expense,

The agents mounted my TV on the wall and connected to all my devices. It turns and tilts with ease.

In-home hook up Was a wonderful experience the gentleman that came with the extremely knowledgeable connected everything and set it up in no time flat and also explain to me how to use my new complicated television I would highly recommend the service as the TV would not of fit in my car anyway but that is not the reason I took the service technology has changed a lot and he sure gave me a lot of inns and outs and a great knowledge on how to use it

My 2 geek squad men Rudy And Elvis, went above and beyond setting up my new TV They were even great at teaching me how to use it.
