Excellent job of connecting and mounting my new Samsung S95B tv.

Our installer--Ike, was incredibly good. He was unflappable, remarkably polite, phenomenally competent, and totally professional. We have had numerous items installed by Best Buy in our various residences, but Ike was miles ahead of anyone else. He kept us posted at each stage, was meticulous on making sure we were happy with the positioning of the TVs (3) and components, and extremely neat. He had wonderful patience because numerous issues came up in the process. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how good Ike was.

Ross did an excellent job of keeping me informed of his arrival. Also did a good job connecting my tv antenna. However, it cost me $50 along with my $200 annual membership fee to have him come out and spend less than an hour connecting my antenna. It turns out I had to purchase an amplifier to connect to my antenna so will I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and attach it to the antenna?

I appreciated that they installed and set up everything and explained what they did, why, and how to operate it correctly.

Set up was quick and fast, very friendly tech didn't leave until all my questions were answered.
