Showed Up and Showed Out!

They quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and took off-they we’re supposed to be off that day, but answered my distress call. Much appreciated!

Geek Squad TV set up

They were very knowledgeable connecting the apps and did most of the work to get the TV running. The training on how to use the smart TV was too quick and not enough time to grasp the process. Needed more time.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agents connected the TV to Blu-ray, receiver and external speakers, but programing the remote was a problem as this was the first time the agent had programed one of these remotes. After the agents left I had problems using the universal remote and subsequently ended up buying a Harmony remote from Amazon and returning the first remote. That resulted in needing Geek Squad to come back and program the Harmony at an additional expense,
