The installation was efficient and they also detached my surround sound system that had ceased to be necessary. My 12 year tv was taken away and all the extra cords, etc. were also gone. Friendly and efficient staff.!!

Team went right to work and assured everything was set up, updated and worked as it should prior to their departure.

Lacy took the time to look over the TV and found it was damaged. Went back to the store to get a different one and helped me do the even exchange. Called to let me know when she was on her way back. Installation was done and operation was explained to me - very pleasant. The original scheduling was an issue and had to be rescheduled - I received several confusing texts about rescheduling - one of them was at 1:00 a.m.!!

The guy that came out was really good. He explained how ro use all the functions on our new tv. Very friendly & professional.

Geek squad has great experience. They explained how to use.

The Geek Squad delivered my new tv, sound bar and blue ray/ DVD player. They unhooked my old equipment and hooked the new equipment up. They made sure everything worked and the remotes were all sinked to the things. They showed me how to use everything even made sure my Netflix and Amazon prime was working. Then they cleaned up all the boxes and hauled away the old equipment. Made it so easy for me to just sit and relax in front of my new TV.

The Insignia TV was set up in a few minutes and has operated flawlessly every since. Yes, it was worth every penny.

The team came out to set up our new TV. They were incredible. Very nice. Helped set up everything we needed on the smart TV. Showed us a lot of neat and different parts of the remote. I am beyond happy with the Geek Squad that came out. Even was given a personal contact if I need anything else with our TV or if we couldn't figure out something. I was very impressed.
