Could have spent a little more time explaining the remote, otherwise excellent service. Quick, clean & effecient!

TV got connected,however I had a 7:00 A:m -1:00p;m WHEN 12:30 came around & I heard nothing,I checked online,it said the 3rd party delivering was running a bit late.So I waited,then @ 2:15 & nothing I called, Geek squad & was told they would be Late.They were already Late.Finally @3:15 I got a call saying they were on their way. I was VERY disapointed that I waited all day for my delivery.Not even a phone call to let me know they were going to be Late,annoying.

Not all of the previous channels which I streamed were set up on the new tv. Do not understand why channels such as Kanopy could not installed without a ROKU. Also, do not understand why I need two remotes, one for the tv and the other for the sound bar. My last tv, a 50" Insignia, which died after two years was able to be controlled by one remote.

Our Hisense TV was delivered by outside vender & not the Geek Squad on 12/29/22. Had trouble with the voice not matching the person speaking. Hisense helped one evening over the phone. Then the voice still wasn't working properly. Called Geek Squad and he came on 1/28/23 and is working properly now.

The Geek Squad delivered my TV 2 hours early, which made me VERY happy! Very clean, fast hookup, & GREAT SERVICE!!

vVry polite and professional. They set up the new 55" Samsung TV and removed the existing older model. They were very knowledgeable connecting the apps and did most of the work to get the TV running. The training on how to use the smart TV was too quick and not enough time to grasp the process. Needed more time.
