Delivery was on time. The 2 installers were quick, efficient, & very knowledgeable about the set up & repeated to answer all my questions.

Nico, from the Geek Squad did an amazing job on installing my Samsung TV, Samsung Soundbar and Samsung Wireless Rear speakers. He showed and explained everything that I needed to know on how to operate everything.

Our technician arrived on time, he was very skilled and knowledgeable in getting the sound bar and tv synchronized in minimum time. The sound was really exceptional and outstanding.

I was so glad I paid for the delivery and instal. The Geek squad was at my place for all of 1/2 hour tops? They took my old TV (20 year old and heavy) and the set up the new one and taught em how to use it. They were so great, it was so easy, they were on time and nice people.

Patrick Obier installed our new Television and hooked up all the componets as well as giving good instructions on how to best use the product. He has very good attitude and is very nice to be around. We were happy they picked him to be the person to take care of us.

Wow! What an awesome job Jimbo and his helper did. They were fast, efficient, so very respectful and courteous. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the product, they also explained in detail what I needed to get the most out of my new TV. They took their time to set everything up and did not leave until I understood and was comfortable operating my new TV. There was no way I could have set this up myself. I truly can not thank them enough. What a wonderful surprise to experience such incredible customer service!

Mr Esteban Arellano and his assistant did a wonderful job setting up the 75inch TV. They were very careful, helpful to me in explaining the handheld control as well as connecting to my Motem etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the quality of work!!!

The team was great. They are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated their consultation on how to hook up my newly purchased items (48 and 77 in OLED TVs) and to ensure the remote controls were programmed correctly.

The person who delivered, set-A up, and added our sound bar was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained how to use all of the features of our new TV and more. Very pleasant and patient. Thank you GEEK!

The Geek Squad Confirmed appt. Actually arrived early -- unloaded our new TVs and Wall Mounts. Both young men were super kind and gracious. I wish I can remember their names-- its has been a few months. We have been remodeling our home and office. The wall mounts have not waivered at all on either TV despite being bumped and walls pounded upon these last few months. The TV remotes work great they set up. They did take time to answer all our questions concerning live streaming etc. We are country folks and did not understand all these extras to live stream or download. The men took time to show us all programs and I feel we probably made them late to next appointment --but they were still very nice AND they CLEANED UP THE BOXES AND WHOLE MESS! -- I never had a service clean up before they left. So very nice of them.

The agents were very professional and polite. They set up the TV and answered any questions I had. They were very neat and replaced the cable organizer exactly correct.

The agents installed my new tv & explained everything as they were doing it. It didn’t take long. Then she took the time to set the tv up for me, which I was very grateful for. She explained everything she was doing so I would know how to maneuver to what I wanted. She even put the passwords in on each of my streaming apps !! Answered all my questions, as there were many. Asked if I had any more questions before she left. Very personable & friendly. Was extremely happy with her & the Geek Squad. I have you have the information as to who installed it. She is definitely an asset to the team

Tech suggested that i purchase a universal remote control, He said he would pick it up and call me to return to program it, and finish with set up. Never called and never returned, I just looked an it indicates service was completed. So over all, Tech did a good job, but could not set up Sony Remote to load channels from Cox Box, he said it would not work because cox digital box works on radio frequencies .

The techs who came out to set up my tv arrived on time, were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and how to operate the new tv. They also made sure I knew I could call them back within the warranty period to make any adjustments if needed. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The agents that came to my house were absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough nice things about them. They answered all my questions and set ever up, they even helped me with the TV we moved, ended up I put a connection in the wrong place, above and beyond.

Extremely professional, setup, and adjusted picture quality, attached my appletv 4k, explained how to adjust sound, picture, ect, and set tv up to auto update. Geek squad is the best, all I had to do was sit and watch them work.

The agents were so helpful, and they went way beyond what they needed to do. We have a Harmony remote, and we wanted it to control everything rather then the TV’s remote, because we are technically challenged. They spent a lot of time syncing all the functions to our Harmony remote.

I had Geek Squad install my Vizio 70" 4K Smart TV and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to do it myself and chance doing it wrong. Geek Squad had it completed in minutes and did it right the 1st time.
