    They were great. Came on time. It was a quick and easy install. Answered any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because a weird glitch has occurred with some display lights. After I turn off the TV they intermittently come on and they have completely different on/off circuits so not sure how this happened. May or may not be related...UNK

    Dissatisfied when delivery/install was cancelled

    My new Samsung television and sound bar, purchased 3 weeks ago and scheduled for delivery and installation TODAY was abruptly cancelled (both the delivery and the installation) just 2 hours before they were supposed to come. I called to find out why this happened. I was repeatedly put on hold, then after approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the call was dropped. I then went to the Best Buy store where I purchased them, and the salesman could not answer questions as to why this happened. He sent in a request, and said someone would contact me later in the day. 4 hours later, a person from BB called and said they were "working on it" but could not give me any reason why my delivery and installation was abruptly cancelled today. To say that I am befuddled, confused, frustrated, is beyond explanation at this point. We had been waiting for this delivery and installation for weeks. At BB, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am now believing I am going to have to wait even longer for something that should not have happened.

    The Best Buy geek squad is awesome! Very professional & Knowledgeable! Nick Leonard & his partner (I am sorry I do not know his name) were a great team. When they were unboxing the TV & connecting the TV their calmness & the communication & expertise between them were so smooth & totally awesome ! Thank you both !

    Alberto from the Hickory geek squad is really excellent. He patiently explained the new product to us; and didn’t make us feel stupid! We feel lucky to have had Alberto install our TV…and, a week later, the sound bar we purchased to enhance the sound.

    the crew was knowledgeable, patient with us, did not rush to get the job done and leave. One tv involved a total of three tv's being rotated. Explained the new tv features. I would recommend Geek Squad for setting up tv's if you are the least bit unsure of where cables go for cable, DVR, BlueRay. Easy we like!!

    Great TV but Hand Remote will break eventually

    Great Clarity and picture definition. The only reason I took off 1 star is the remote "Enter" button broke in a year and half of normal use. There are no controll buttons on the tv set itself. I would suggest to buy an extra remote controll from the beginning.

    Geek Squad Installer, Randy, quickly and professionally connected our LG 65" TV to our video components. He also added our Internet-capable TV and video components to an existing wireless network, performed needed software or firmware updates, and programed the remotes that came with our equipment, ensured that all wires and cables were neatly dressed, and made sure area was clean when he finished. He even left his contact info and offered phone support for any questionswe may have in the future. Awesome service!

    Ross did an excellent job of keeping me informed of his arrival. Also did a good job connecting my tv antenna. However, it cost me $50 along with my $200 annual membership fee to have him come out and spend less than an hour connecting my antenna. It turns out I had to purchase an amplifier to connect to my antenna so will I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and attach it to the antenna?
