The agents showed up early (with notification) which was great. They hooked up my new TV and did initial setup in a timely, professional and knowledgeable manner.

Rony was our installer and I give him an A+. He was very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. He also cleans up after himself.

The Geek Squad team of two guys came and installed my 75 inch SONY in only a few minute. They were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They hauled away my old (brand new!) 75" SONY that the Movers had busted (!) and got the bad karma out of my media room.

Best Buy delivered my TV within the scheduled window and were very sanitary (gloves, masks, etc). They installed my TV and got it connected to my blu ray player and cable. They were also very patient as I downloaded and signed in to my preferred apps (Netflix, etc). They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made recommendations for future products to enhance my at home theater. I’m very pleased and will use this service again.

Our agent Darren was highly competent with thorough knowledge of the services to be performed. There were three TVs and 3 sound-bars to install and other equipment that had been hooked up to our previous TVs. He was pleasant and friendly. We felt that he was an expert. He showed us how to do various things with the remote, which is so important with today's smart TVs. We were totally satisfied with the work he did.

My Geek Squad specialist was awesome. Fixed our problem and introduced me to Roku. Jim is the best!

Brought new TV and removed the old one. Set-up was quick, connected all devices and checked it all out. Works great

Agents mounted TV to my existing wall mount. They had to lower it 10" to retain same TV level but did it quickly. Set up operation of TV very quickly but original price of service was $250 and don't feel it would be worth that price. $200 is questionable. $150 would be more in line.

The techs did a terrific job of connecting our new TV to our tuner-amp.
