The guys were great! Professional, polite, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! Without the Geek Squad, I would still be wrestling the television and it’s extremely heavy stand out of the box. The LG TV purchase was an investment and the Geek Squad showed it respect as the unboxed it, put together and placed it on our entertainment console. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Geek Squad and the pleasant experience we had because of them!!

The two gentlemen were in & out in a flash. They explained my new television and its features. Which was greatly appreciated since manuals are no longer included. They explained shortcuts and programmed by television according to my wishes.

The gentleman who set up my new LG was courteous and patient. After completing the installation and the cable hookup he showed my how to use everything. He called the next day to see if everything was working properly and if I was experiencing any difficulty.

My person was very pleasant and super knowledgeable. Set the tv up really fast.

The agent went out of hi s way to help my son,he is in a wheelchair and not able to do it.

My tv was set to the wrong settings to begin with.....Tech set everything as it should be so I could have the best sound and picture.

The agent hooked up the TV and it worked fine until I went to turn it on again and I discovered I had to use the TV remote and the Dish remote to watch live TV, this is a real pain and makes me wonder why I choose this service. All the other TV's I have had will work with the Dish remote. I talked to a member of the Geek Squad and they said the problem was with the Dish remote. I doubt this very much because the Dish remote will everything on the TV but start the live picture. The ROKU home screen comes on with the Dish remote and the only way to watch TV is to use the TV remote, a real pain. I think the service is not of much value
