the agent unboxed my tv,hooked up my sound bar, hooked up my internet, programmed my remote , and synced it to make channel selection, sound all worked together. I never understood what he was doing but it all works perfectly.

This is an outstanding TV - it's picture is better than imagined but do get a sound bar to go with it

77" Sony OLED set up went very smoothly, with Geek Squad. They brought everything that they needed and did the set up in a very short time. The tech went through the whole set up procedure and paired it to my AVR system to maximize the experience. When he left, I understood everything that I needed to know and could spend my time enjoying my awesome new TV!

David called ahead to inform me that the service window (four hours) could be shortened to two hours so I did not have to wait. He arrived at the scheduled time. He tested the equipment and determined that the TV "mother board" was "broken" (my words) and the TV needed to be replaced. It had served us well for almost 7years. Sad news but I needed to move on and with his helpful advice selected a replacement from Best Buy's stock the next day. It will be delivered and set-up will be done by the Geek Squad. This is an excellent service.

One TV was delivered a week early because of a write up error, however the two gentlemen that delivered and set up both TVs were very knowledgeable and made several suggestions on ways to enhance the new units.

BOTH of the Geek Service Reps Were Fantastic in EVERYTHING they did on my TV set up along with the Sound Bar and Especially the PS5 for my Grandson...It was a Surprise for him...The WHOLE package...He Loved it and the Service Reps were THE BEST. Alex put my wifes 82" TV set up at the Lake a Few years ago...Thank You...Great Job....

When I have used the Geek Squad in the past they have always been professional,has always completed the work and never had to call them back.

The installer, Alecsandr Arakelov, was clear in his arrival time and punctual. He was polite and clear in his explanation of the 50 inch Samsung UHD LED TV and its abilities. He followed all COVID-19 guidelines and I felt very safe as a result. He thoroughly explained all the features of the TV and provided me with recommendations in case I had the need for further services. I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Johel checked the TV installation and made the appropriate adjustments for our needs. He took the time to explain the workings and also gave us troubleshooting recommendations as this is the first LG TV for us. Johel is personable, efficient and professional. He is an asset to your company and should be considered as a valuable employee. Wish we could give him more than 5 stars.

They unboxed, built, connected, and got working 2 "smart TVs" and showed me how they worked, thoroughly. When done, they cleaned things up and left, leaving me with 2 new functional TVs. They had informed me so thoroughly what to do and how they worked, they worked perfectly! A great, helpful job!

Trent and Dan removed my old tv. They set up the stand and hooked up the tv, sound bar, blue ray player, and satellite receiver. They also reset my home stereo. They advised me to get a new satellite receiver to get the best performance out of my new set up. After connecting everything, they explained how to use everything and answered all of my questions. Trent also gave me his cell # in case I had problems after they left. An outstanding job by the both of them.
