THEY INSTALLED AND SHOWED ME WHAT TO DO.

Still have questions.

Do not understand why channels such as Kanopy could not installed without a ROKU. Also, do not understand why I need two remotes, one for the tv and the other for the sound bar. My last tv, a 50" Insignia, which died after two years was able to be controlled by one remote.

Geek Squad came through on TV delivery and setup

Geek staff were very knowledgeable about the product and its advanced features as I upgraded from an 8-year old LG flat screen. Most helpful on setting up the features and use with my existing and new streaming options. I guess I threw a little curve and did NOT need wall mounting, they did great to set up TV for placement on my media center.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because a weird glitch has occurred with some display lights. After I turn off the TV they intermittently come on and they have completely different on/off circuits so not sure how this happened. May or may not be related...UNK

He patiently explained the new product to us; and didn’t make us feel stupid! We feel lucky to have had Alberto install our TV…and, a week later, the sound bar we purchased to enhance the sound.
