I am glad that I went ahead and got the TV connect and set up. It was more involved than I thought, and the technician did an excellent job.

Our agent Darren was highly competent with thorough knowledge of the services to be performed. There were three TVs and 3 sound-bars to install and other equipment that had been hooked up to our previous TVs. He was pleasant and friendly. We felt that he was an expert. He showed us how to do various things with the remote, which is so important with today's smart TVs. We were totally satisfied with the work he did.

The Geek Squad Technician was outstanding! He connected a wireless printer, reorganized the cables, and set up a new TV. Very professional and friendly, too!

These guys really are professionals.... they were knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I was impressed with the installation process.

When, the Geek squad finally arrived after three weeks, I was refused installation by the agent because his helper who came with him would not assist him. Without him, no installation of any products. The helper who would not be given a name made up a story that he was going to throw up and vomit on himself, this was made up to get out of work. The agent said it was hopeless with this man and that it would never be installed due to him. I went outside with agent, Rajid, and the helper from West End Nashville Best Buy started immediately to Bully me and was yelling "You,You,You" at me . This is illegal behavior to defraud a senior, 70 Year Old Woman like me, of her purchases and bully her like that on her property. This is called "Senior Abuse" where it is illegal to defraud a senior age 50 or older and bully them. I will be talking to the Nashville Metro Police Fraud and Detection unit to file a police report on West End Nashville Geek Squad for fraudulent behavior towards a Senior Citizen in her home. I will request that this man and his supervisor be investigated by a Nashville Metro Detective assigned to this fraud case. We will see what happens. Criminal charges need to be filed on this. This man undermined his co-worker and deliberately and with premeditated behavior denied me my tv and tv stand setup and installation. Also, I was refused my haul off of my old tv that I paid for. When I asked the Agent if he would unplug my old tv and haul it way , he said no. I told him that I paid for this. I don't understand why I was abused at my home and why would a delivery man refuse to unplug my tv. I have researched complaints on this particular group of geek squad at West Nashville on the internet. This is a common behavior with them and other customers have not received the installation that they have paid for. This common occurrence with them is unacceptable. Shame on Best Buy West Nashville! Shame!

Geek Squad Tech installed and setup this TV in less than 1 hour. Tech took the time to show me the different settings available.

Excellent technician to set up TV! The tech was knowledgeable and professional.

Best Buy delivered my TV within the scheduled window and were very sanitary (gloves, masks, etc). They installed my TV and got it connected to my blu ray player and cable. They were also very patient as I downloaded and signed in to my preferred apps (Netflix, etc). They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made recommendations for future products to enhance my at home theater. I’m very pleased and will use this service again.

The techs did a great job replacing my broken 70" with the new 75. My issue is that i have paid for the Geek Squad service for the last 5 years and now it also costs me $200 extra for their service.

First time no good. But the second time much better job
