The people who actually installed the two wall mounts were great. The people in the Grapevine TX location were sorely lacking. I had to return because the first person scheduled the installation at my OLD address (I was moving). When the two installers showed up I found out that I was over charged. I was charged for mounting and full hook up to include apps, etc. be careful

These guys know there stuff then they walked through the the function of it very professional and very trust worthy

Purchased LG - 77" Class B3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV on 19 Dec and Geek Sq delivered and setup on 21 Dec. Tyler and Juwann of the Geek Sq did a great job getting everything setup. Works great so far.

The agents were friendly and professional. Set up was complete in minutes, with instructions, if any problems arise.

We bought a new TV and needed help getting it set up. They did a great job abd I truly appreciate the help. Technology is a struggle for me. He set up my Netflex and was very professional. I love being a member of Best Buy. They help me a lot, with my personal computer. It's a piece of mind knowing they will help me!!!

The agents unpacked and connected my smart TV to my internet so I could stream programs. They showed me how to set the brightness as either Vivid or Standard and other features of my Sony Bravia TV. They were amazing. I could not have done the set up on my own. Thank you Geek Squad.
