On time, quick and efficient. I wouldn’t think of doing this myself. Good Squad is one of the reasons I shop at Best Buy.

The Geek that installed my TV was polite and knew what he was doing.

The geek squad delivered and set up my 75" LG tv quickly and professionally. The two young men were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

The guys were right on time, friendly, smart and did a great job showing my all I needs to know!

Thirty minutes to hookup with tv and all the fixings, plus lucid explanation of how the heck to work it all. Would use them again.

the agent unboxed my tv,hooked up my sound bar, hooked up my internet, programmed my remote , and synced it to make channel selection, sound all worked together. I never understood what he was doing but it all works perfectly.

I was glad to have geek squad set it up. They set my cable remote to the TV, so I didn't have to use 2 remotes.

They were great. Came on time. It was a quick and easy install. Answered any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because a weird glitch has occurred with some display lights. After I turn off the TV they intermittently come on and they have completely different on/off circuits so not sure how this happened. May or may not be related...UNK

Agents mounted TV to my existing wall mount. They had to lower it 10" to retain same TV level but did it quickly. Set up operation of TV very quickly but original price of service was $250 and don't feel it would be worth that price. $200 is questionable. $150 would be more in line.

Put it right where I wanted it and were professional.

They came in with the best attitude even though we were three floors up. We talked the entire rime while they did an excellent job setting everything up. They were very professional and quick. These guys were exceptional.

Kevin was awesome along with the young lady that assisted him. I was totally impressed with everything that they did.

Not all of the previous channels which I streamed were set up on the new tv. Do not understand why channels such as Kanopy could not installed without a ROKU. Also, do not understand why I need two remotes, one for the tv and the other for the sound bar. My last tv, a 50" Insignia, which died after two years was able to be controlled by one remote.

The technicians who do these installations are really good. At least the two who I had were excellent.
