Tv is fine. Adjustments are refined and the tv uses AI to select the picture you desire. Helps to know general software to maximize applications. LG has proprietary apps for music and movies.Geek squad was efficient with the basics but not so much with software and refined use.

I always use geek squad to do all my setups. they are all good. they usually send at least 2 techs.I have had dozens of GEEK SQUAD techs in my home in the last 25 years. On this occasion only one tech came to my home and i was a little worried because i am elderly and not able to help this young man setup my new 77" sony bravia oled tv and my new sony dolby atmos sound system. I did not need to worry, I had just met the GREATEST geek squad tech in my life. This young man's name was Kirk Mcginty, and he was not only able to set up EVERYTHING by himself but he did so efficiently and perfectly! He also took the time to pair everything and show me how to navigate and use my first 4k systems! Kirk Mcginty,I will never forget your kindness!!

Outstanding service provided by Devin! He called to validate needs, give arrival time. Was on time, dressed appropriately, polite, businesslike, attentive to all my questions, Devin worked above and beyond offering suggestions for more efficient ways meet my needs. He checked to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction and I understood how to use any modifications. If I could give hime 6 stars, I gladly would.

I had a 77 inch TV delivered. The two technicians were very precise and professional. I had to buy a separate stand because the TV did not have one. The stand lacked hardware, but the technicians had extra in there bag which they use. They got the job done and did it well

Geek squad did a good job delivering, and cleaning up when finished. I needed the TV set on a high mantel, they did a great job with no hesitation. They were very helpful setting up my user profiles in the new television. Highly recommend.

The Geek Squad from BEST BUY is terrific. Not only did the technician show up on time, but was so efficient my new tv was set up in less than 30 minutes. It would have been even faster if I hadn’t asked so many questions which he answered so that I understood his answers .

The installers showed up when expected and immediately went to work. They set up the new TV with Roku installed and made sure it was working correctly. I am very pleased with the new TV. I am also very pleased with the salesperson at Best Buy who made the recommendation concerning the new TV. It was a perfect fit and works beautifully.

Brett and Jacob were phenomenal. My son still remembers their names! Arrived on time, set-up was quick and they were patient with my "old-school" questions. Would definitely have them deliver and set-up for me again. Thank you guys!

The Greek Squad were actually early came in set it up demonstrated how to program this particular model very courteous very professional very expedient was in and out in less than 1/2 hr happy I chose Best Buy Geek Squad...

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my new 85" Samsung QLED Ultra HD TV and sound system. They showed me how everything worked, and even help set up one of the new streaming channels that I signed up for. Overall I am very happy with the service I received.

Loved these 2 guys. Gotta preface that it was my husband who wanted the Geek Squad. I wanted to save the money thinking it was just a T.V. Started with them arriving on time!!! Then they covered their feet, I have real wood flooring. They installed the unit flawlessly. However, they stole my heart with the way they explained, on my lowly tech level, the endless features on the tv. They even allowed me time to try them myself. I am now an official Geeker.

The geek squad guy was excellent, set the smart tv up with no problem, worth the cost. Very friendly and competent.

The installer was great. He went above and beyond duty. He made sure I understood how everything works and how to operate it. I recommend him very highly. Plus, he was a nice guy and deserves a pat on the back and a bonus.

The two fellas who delivered and set up my new Samsung TV were most efficient, helpful and complete. I just hope that if I ever need The Geek Squad in the future, I will get the same guys. The agent installed the functions on the TV . He was evidently efficient and competent; communicated respectfully and took the time to carefully explain the operation of the remote, etc. I truly appreciate the quality of service.

I bought this excellent TV to be installed into an entertainment center (yes, it’s an older, beautiful piece of furniture but we love how it looks)! We used the Geek Squad because there were a few other things we needed to get taken care of. We were, and still are, very pleased with the great service we received and with the much improved picture we see on this LG OLED TV set. We are very happy with our decision to buy this TV and the Geek Squad services!

Jeremy from the Geek Squad was great! He and his partner arrived on time and quickly set up our new TV and sound bar. He explained how to do everything and helped complete the smart tv set up with us.
