Alberto from the Hickory geek squad is really excellent. He patiently explained the new product to us; and didn’t make us feel stupid! We feel lucky to have had Alberto install our TV…and, a week later, the sound bar we purchased to enhance the sound.

Recently had 2 televisions mounted by the geek squad. The 2 techs were very knowledgeable about the products and friendly.

They did an excellent job putting this thing up. I had so many questions and they answered each and everyone of them.

I ORIGINALLY GOT THIS TV FOR MY LIVING ROOM BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL (IT WASN'T REALLY, BUT I KNEW I WANTED SOMETHING BIGGER). SO I GOT A 55" FOR MY LIVING ROOM AND MOVED THIS ONE TO MY BEDROOM. TALK ABOUT AWESOME!

The Geek Squad delivered my new tv, sound bar and blue ray/ DVD player. They unhooked my old equipment and hooked the new equipment up. They made sure everything worked and the remotes were all sinked to the things. They showed me how to use everything even made sure my Netflix and Amazon prime was working. Then they cleaned up all the boxes and hauled away the old equipment. Made it so easy for me to just sit and relax in front of my new TV.

They came out and took care of all of my wiring needs in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed with their services.
