    Mike bolson was awesome setting up the tv. Took his time to ensure everything i needed and wanted was done properly. I would not have been able to do half the things he did. He also explained everything to me. He went above and beyond and should be commended.

    The agent set up my T.V. expertly!! ..... After installation, agent tutored me in the operation of the T.V. Afterwards the agent asked if I had any questions or concerns of which I had none! Great Job!

    Outstanding..!! In and out of my home in 20 mins.. Everything was explained and they even moved the old tv upstairs to my bedroom and hooked that up also.. Best Buy is the only way to go..!!! Getting ready to order a new washer and dryer from best Buy..Thanks again..

    The team came out to set up our new TV. They were incredible. Very nice. Helped set up everything we needed on the smart TV. Showed us a lot of neat and different parts of the remote. I am beyond happy with the Geek Squad that came out. Even was given a personal contact if I need anything else with our TV or if we couldn't figure out something. I was very impressed.
