The two service people were knowledgeable, polite and professional. They attended to their duties while this old guy pelted them with questions, all the while diligently going about explaining the services I ordered and the setups they were performing. The agents unpacked and connected my smart TV to my internet so I could stream programs. They showed me how to set the brightness as either Vivid or Standard and other features of my Sony Bravia TV. They were amazing. I could not have done the set up on my own. Thank you Geek Squad.

Bought a 65" tv. The sales person at Best Buy in the Lafayette, LA store showed me a large display to tvs to chose from. He showed me of the two that brands that I picked there quality and what they had to offer. Picked the Sony and thanks to Dallas my go to sales person.

The agents showed up early (with notification) which was great. They hooked up my new TV and did initial setup in a timely, professional and knowledgeable manner.

My Samsung TV and Sony Blu-ray player were hooked up and working properly via Best Buy. I wanted a service date as soon as possible so I allowed Best Buy to use a third party for the installation. As I said at the beginning of this review everything was hooked up and working but the service person was not able to answer some of my questions. I recommend waiting for a member of the Geek Squad to be available.
