After a 3rd party installer failed leading me to believe I had a faulty tv the Geek Squad installer arrived and quickly determined the problem which negated the need for another tv. He stayed to complete a thorough check of function and there was no comparison to the other installers. He deserves a raise. Awesome customer service and changed my mind about Best Buy.

John is knowledgeable, courteous, and gives exceptional service. He is an asset to the Geek Squad.

The geek squad person showed up on time. He was very efficient. Installed both our TV and stand to our satisfaction. He also went over how to use the remote to make best use of our new equipment.

Agents connected the new television, programmed the remote, and demonstrated how to find and use our favorite apps.

The guys that delivered & installed my new 77" LG TV were outstanding! They were very knowledgeable about the equipment, they were very careful not to track in anything (the moon-boot shoe covers were impressive) & they were very professional & polite. I was very impressed with the way they coordinated with each other, almost like it was choreographed. Excellent work.

The Agents unboxed and set up the new TV with no problems. It was a very quick installation.

Devon was excellent. He got my TV programmed, was very polite and sociable, and followed COVID-19 protocol by masking while he was in my apartment. He was prompt, tried to set up my wireless printer to my iPad, but was unable to as there was too much interference from other units (144 total), and I did not expect miracles. His honesty was appreciated in this regard.

Guys carefully brought in tv and unpacked, set up everything very neatly, tied cords together, picked up after themselves. Great job!

Trent and Dan removed my old tv. They set up the stand and hooked up the tv, sound bar, blue ray player, and satellite receiver. They also reset my home stereo. They advised me to get a new satellite receiver to get the best performance out of my new set up. After connecting everything, they explained how to use everything and answered all of my questions. Trent also gave me his cell # in case I had problems after they left. An outstanding job by the both of them.

Geek Squad delivered the tv on time. They set everything up and did it right.

TV came nicely packed in a box, they unpacked it. Put the legs on it. Set it up on my entertainment center and when I hooked up the antenna to it they in turn programmed it for me and picked up all the stuff. The boxes miscellaneous things and took care of all of that instead of leaving at set.

The agents connected the TV, the cable box and the blue ray player and did a great job.

A professional , courteous and friendly guy. He was the best. I am not technical advanced and it would have taken me all day to accomplish what he did! lol!

The perfect service to reduce stress for those of us who need technical assistance. The agent who came to my home was amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient and patiently answered all my questions. By the time he left I was all set-up and ready to go.

Excellent service of delivery and setup of new LG OLED model TV. Geek staff were very knowledgeable about the product and its advanced features as I upgraded from an 8-year old LG flat screen. Most helpful on setting up the features and use with my existing and new streaming options. I guess I threw a little curve and did NOT need wall mounting, they did great to set up TV for placement on my media center.

The technician was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.
