Very happy with scheduling the service on my new television. Very helpful with questions and thorough with the installation.

Agent mounted my TV. Explained use of remote, showed all benefits of TV and answered my questions.

These guys had done enough setups that things went quickly and smoothly. Saved me a lot of time and worry. Definitely worth the price.

The crew did a great job. My only complaint is a lack of communication from the sales dept. (they didn't know about removing the old TV).

I bought a new "Smart TV" and it was smarter than me. I needed to hook up a VCR and couldn't figure out how to cable it or set it up correctly because Smart TVs aren't set up to be joined to dumb VCRs. The Geek Squad got into hidden set up menus on the Smart TV and had it configured in just a few minutes. Then they graciously cleaned up the menus on the TV for us so only the menus we needed would appear. Finally, they were kind enough to recycle my old TV for me, saving me a trip to the recycler!

The agent set up this huge TV so Spectrum could take over with their setup.

Geek squad did a great jog mounting the tv to our wall. A lot more to it than people realize as far as electrical aspects.

The techs were friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything as they made the installation. Very satisfied with everything.

My TV installation did have to be rescheduled but almost a week sooner so that suited me just fine! The Geek was actually a Geek Girl, not a guy & that impressed me. She was knowledgeable about my new TV, quick, wore her shoe covers inside and removed all the packaging material. And she was very personable & friendly. I have now bought a sound bar & requested her as the installer. I truly hope she can do it or I get someone as good - or almost as good - as Courtney for my upcoming installation.
