Derin had professional and interpersonal skills when setting up my Sony 65 inch TV. Excellent service. I later found out that when I turn on the TV, the screen that comes on is the Prime/Netflex screen. I have to click the Sony remote to get to the TV. Can Geek set it up so the TV comes on first...this would save me an extra click everytime I turn on the TV

The agent took his time and setup everything that needed to be done. He did an excellent job.

THEY MOVED MY OLD ONE AND INSTALLED THE NEW TV AND ALL EXTRAS WITH IT IN A SHORT TIME. I HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS.

Geek Squad Agents installed our new 75" television on a Saturday morning. They had all it unboxed, installed, accessories hooked up, updated and verified all tools worked in less than 30 minutes. I was IMPRESSED.

Our new TV is so clear, bright or vibrant and excellent to watch...my old TV was 23 yrs old, Beastly heavy and probably cost more to turn on. Our Best Buy tech guys were excellent with everything and got us back up to date with our TV and speakers etc.

They did a great job of hooking everything up. I probably could of done it but not as fast and they also showed me some tricks for the tv.

TIM also sold me the dead Samsung TV 10 years ago at dewitt ny magnolia store and remembered doing it AND coming out to our house to personally set it up before Thanksgiving 2009!! service from both of them was quick efficient set up, programming the new SONY TV the remotes installing and setting up the Amazon Fire Stick AND tweaking my new SONY 5.1 receiver which i had purchase also at BEST BUY-- service was beyond great bobbmd

Great customer service from the Geek Squad who removed our old tv and set up our new one. Professional, kind, considerate and very professional.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my TV and components: sound bar, satellite box, wireless router and blu ray. Good value as well.

These guys are pros. I'm thankful Best Buy offers delivery and installation on this 70" set. I would not have purchased otherwise and enjoyed the viewing. Did a great job installing. I know we would not be able to do this install in the time they took to do this. Gave a quick understandable tutorial since this is a 'smarter' tv than us. Definitely recommend.
