They called and asked if it was ok if they came an hour earlier than scheduled; of course I said yes. They carefully handled my tv as they carried it into my house, unboxed it and attached the stand, then put it on my stand. Then they took my old tv away, along with the packaging for the new tv. They managed to do all this in less than an hour. They were great.

He mounted both my large tv and set up my smaller tv in no time! Super nice and helpful.

The Geek Squad representative that came to my home called before arriving, was on time, set up all of my devices including my new Sony TV,mSound Bar, and connected everything to my Fios service. He also programmed the Fios Tuner and downloaded the latest TV software. He took all the time necessary to acquaint me with how the TV and remote work so that I would be able to use all of the features of my new setup.
