New TV set up properly, connected and new remote explained thoroughly. Thank you.

The agent set-up my TV, and it is working correctly.

We had the Geek Squad set up 2 tv's. The first team did a good job but did not set up streaming correctly. The 2nd team was very good but neglected to set up streaming correctly. The 3rd team was excellent. Set up streaming on both tv's and explained the remote functions. Those guys did a great job.+

The setup went very well and the tech was very instructive about all of the components. He connected our existing VCR.

The agents, Matthew Myers and Robert Tegge did an excellent job removing the old TV and setting up the new one. They hooked up the DVD player, and even ran their sweeper when they were done! Excellent job! Very satisfied with the whole job!

Purchased a 75" LG Nano90 tv and very happy with it. Beautiful color, true to life.

My tv was set to the wrong settings to begin with.....Tech set everything as it should be so I could have the best sound and picture.

Geek squad service over the past five years or so has more than paid for the minimal fee. In one case because of the Geek Squad Protection, I was given a brand new bluray player when the old one broke after two years. In another more recent event, "The Squad". installed a new large screen TV. I was totally impressed by their knowledge, dedication, speed in setting up, and most of all their friendliness

Everything was great, Setup showed me how everything worked. And cleaned up before he left.

Geek Squad came out as promised. The was was done professionally and quickly. They also explained the operation, setup and features.

Helpful and informed, the installers were not Geek Squad, but a contractor.

I had an 11am Appointment with the Delivery person and Instalation. Later in the day he was running late and showed up at around 4pm. I also needed my DVR tape player Connected to the TV. He declined to to that for me. Now I can't reach the back of the TV to connect it. I'm not happy about that, it's just sitting here and I can't use it. I needed an at home delivery with Full Installation. I couldn't lift the box and TV from my car and upstairs so I paid for the at home delivery and Installation. Dissatisfied with being late and not installing my DVR to my TV.

They were polite and courteous. They set up the new tv and confirmed it was good to go.

Geek Squad mounted the TV so well and did it quickly! We had the wrong part on hand and it was nice that Geek Squad had it on them ready to go so we didn't have to reschedule for a later date. They check in with to make sure it will be at the desired placement before installing then they go over how to use the device making sure you understand every step of the way. Great service! I do wish they had an availability closer to our purchase date.

Team was on time. Completed a quick and professional set up. Cleaned any mess and were finished before an hour had expired.
