we were very pleased with the install - however the product was defective and had to be replaced - which took 2 weeks for the replacement to take place - we were happy to get the same person who did the first install - very professional - and nice man - we had a great time talking to him - and her did take his time to show us how to operate the TV - very kind person - had quite a bit of patience - we are older folks!

The Geek Squad removed the old TV and installed the new one quickly and efficiently.

Geek squad came in hooked everything up and explained how to use everything before they left. They were very professional .

Tyler hooked up my old equipment to the new TV, then instructed us how to use everything. He did a super job again!

Andrew was fantastic! He connected my TV, programmed my remote and made sure all my streaming services were ready to view. My old TV was hauled away too. He was efficient, neat and very personable.......a true asset to Best Buy, especially in a time when it's hard to find employees let alone great ones!

They got rid of my old TV put the new TV set it all up for me show me how to use it and did it very fast

My installer let me know that the wall mount I had purchased was incorrect for the room, since my room had 24” studs instead of 16”. I purchased a much better mount which ended up being overkill. He came back a couple days later and swapped the mount I was using in a different room, since that room could actually use the better mount. Now I have two huge TVs with proper mounts and I feel happily overindulged.

Geek squad installed and mounted 2 TVs very courteous and got my remotes all set with dish tv.

I was upset with Best Buy as they kept changing appointment on me. However, the independent contractor that they used were wonderful, on time, friendly, answered al questions, cleaned up all and should be used alot by Geek Squad to fill in the demand.

I had older analog connections in my house, but the Geek expert was able to set me up. I never could have done this alone!

Experts and they were efficient and neat. They were not long winded like I am here.

Purchase the sound bar for my husband for father's day. He's very pleased he was wanting that theater sound it excellent item.
