The technician who installed our TV was very knowledgeable & professional. He answered all of our questions & went thru the start up process to ensure we were ready to watch TV when he left.

Was confuesd at first about how to controll TV ,the salesman did not explain when I purchased the TV that I would need a smart phone to program the operation of this tv. We have flip phones not compatible. The wonderful thing about all this was, not at any Time did Best Buy or the Geek Squad abondon us, they worked with us and through this problem without any additional cost. In a day when most companies do not understand the meaning of customer service, my recent experience with Geek Squad went above and beyond. My cable lines needed to be re-routed through a built in bookcase. They took great care to only drill enough to fish the lines. They cleaned up their mess before they left and explained everything to me. I am not what you call Techy and they gave me more information, in easy to understand terms. Thanks Best Buy for having such a great support group.
