Super service when installing my new 65 inch TV. They knew what they were doing and installed it quickly on our wall without damaging our wall or our furniture. They quickly connected it to the internet and started streaming from the apps we had subscriptions for. Always COVID safe with their masks on at all times. They were personable and professional. Would recommend them to friends!

I tried doing setup myself but things were not optiimized. The staff were quick and professional and everything works!

We are totally pleased with the setup of our 70” Sony TV by the Geek Squad. These guys were professional and knowledgeable.

The two individuals took the time to ensure TV and Sound Bar were mounted correctly and that I knew how to set up audio out put.

The perfect service to reduce stress for those of us who need technical assistance. The agent who came to my home was amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient and patiently answered all my questions. By the time he left I was all set-up and ready to go.

On time, efficient in set-up and it works. They were professional and personable.

They called and asked if it was ok if they came an hour earlier than scheduled; of course I said yes. They carefully handled my tv as they carried it into my house, unboxed it and attached the stand, then put it on my stand. Then they took my old tv away, along with the packaging for the new tv. They managed to do all this in less than an hour. They were great.

I can't say enough about how very helpful our Geek Squad installer Eric was for our new Samsung 65" HDTV. He did a great job, including making sure all remotes were programmed and other components properly connected. I had concerns with my online purchase (I was overcharged) and he went above-and-beyond to help me resolve it (unsuccessfully, sadly, but he did try). Geek Squad never disappoints -- and Eric was especially knowledgeable and helpful.

They installed the TV quickly then took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the TV.

I was very pleased with the service I got when my big screen was delivered and set up.It is a 65” and the guys were very professional. Knew exact.y what they were doing,didn’t take long to install and get set up. I would recommend this service to everyone,I am a widow of recent so I really needed this service.They made sure all was working before they left.

The service was excellent. It was supposed to be a 2 person team, but one called out that day, so there was just one person. He was very professional, very careful, and answered all my questions. He took out my 15 year old Plasma TV which was twice as heavy as the new TV. Setup the new TV making small adjustments to the TV stand and plugged everything in and tested it out. He was great.

The guys (Rich and Matt) who delivered and installed my TV were friendly, courteous and efficient! They came prepared for the unexpected-my new TV had legs that did not fit on my TV stand-they had a solution on the truck! They installed a swivel base that worked perfectly. So glad a second trip was avoided!
