Willie the installer was excellent, but to charge $199.00 to deliver and set up the tv purchased from Best Buy is ridiculous. That is why I always purchase my TV’s from BB because of their customer service. That has gone out the window. The installer wasn’t even with the Geek Squad, but a contractor.

The guys (Rich and Matt) who delivered and installed my TV were friendly, courteous and efficient! They came prepared for the unexpected-my new TV had legs that did not fit on my TV stand-they had a solution on the truck! They installed a swivel base that worked perfectly. So glad a second trip was avoided!

The agents mounted and connected the new JBL sound bar and cable box, dvr and explained the tv.

Andre was excellent in the set up of our TV stand and TV itself. He took the time to show how it worked as well. Highly recommend him for any type of service

(The previous visit ( about three weeks before) by two Geek employees insisted that the new BRAVIA TV had a software failure. I really wonder about that...such that the set had to be returned.) Alex brought the replacement TV with him, installed the new one, and removed the other one.

Getting Geek Squad support is the BEST DECISION I made when I wanted to upgrade my 2008 home theatre (also from Best Buy). I am amazed and in awe of the professionalism, abilities, efficiency and knowledge base of my installer Elvin Lopez in setting it all up to 2022 standards. the agent unboxed my tv,hooked up my sound bar, hooked up my internet, programmed my remote , and synced it to make channel selection, sound all worked together. I never understood what he was doing but it all works perfectly.

I was given advanced notice of the Geek Squad's arrival, which was timely. The installation and connection of the TV was performed quickly and efficiently, while practicing health protocols. The work area was immaculate upon completion. The basic operating procedures were demonstrated. The old TV was removed without incident.
