my tv was set up and they made sure that i understood how to work the remote before they left. they adjusted the color and made sure i was happy with the picture. they called ahead of time to make sure it was okay to come early and left a number for me to call if i had problems.

They arrived as scheduled, wore masks and installed our new tv quickly and efficiently as well as explained how to use the new remote. They set up the streaming services that we needed and cleaned all areas that they touched. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The agent was so courteous! He helped install the tv, attach the sound board, and assisted me in learning how to install the apps on the smart tv.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job setting up the sound system, 4K Blue ray player and Harmony remote system. They were very courteous, professional and on time. We were really pleased that they had shoe covers to cover their shoes to protect our light colored carpeting. The weather wasn’t great the day they came.

My new Samsung has such a picture it feels like I'm on location of what I'm watching. Its easy to use and set up was made for someone like me who is computer challenged. I no longer need to call on the six year old next door to undo whatever it was I did to mess up my other electronics.

The agents took away my old TV and mounted my new 65 inch Samsung in remarkably fast time. They skillfully reconnected all devices including my Blu-ray player and Dish Network. They made sure that I was able to pair up all remotes and even walked me through getting online with the several apps that I already have. They provided tips and suggestions on how to achieve a better picture as well. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves taking the TV box with them. They gave me a number to call should I need any additional help, which I did not. I was very impressed with these two individuals - their professionalism and patience. I highly recommend installation by the Geek Dquad. Without hesitation, I give them five stars!

Yet another great experience with Geek Squad. They moved my former Living Room TV to my bedroom, set up my new TV in the LR, and connected everything. I’ve always appreciated the knowledge and efficiency these guys have that my 77 year old brain doesn’t.

They mounted the tv on the wall and made sure everything was hooked up correctly except the internet, they couldn't get our Smart TV connected to the internet. I had to have an IT guy come out to get the TV to connect to the internet. Also they stood on the hearth to reach above the mantel and when they stepped on the edge part of our stone work came off, we have to hire a masonry to put the stone work back into place. My recommendation is to make sure they use a ladder.

The agents were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They followed all covid guidelines to a tee making my wife feel very comfortable. When purchasing a large tv this is the only way to go..excellent service.

First OLED and will never go back to regular LED again. Wide angle sharp focused picture. Deeper blacks and vibrant colors. Game play with ray tracing playstation 5 is superb. Had Geek Squad deliver and setup. Worth the cost.

the agent couldn't've been more accommodating. she was polite, friendly and very helpful, she did her job in a short amount of time, the holder we had for past TV just needed to have old one removed and the new one installed. she showed us how to use it and set everything up for us. one of the best installers we've ever encountered. definitely a point in your favor, won't hesitate to shop with you company for future needs.

The tech guy set up our smart tv and showed us how to use the controls. We have had the same tech guy on three occasions, and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.
