Geek squad installed and mounted 2 TVs very courteous and got my remotes all set with dish tv.

The setup was on time, quick, professional. Features explained.

They called and asked if it was ok if they came an hour earlier than scheduled; of course I said yes. They carefully handled my tv as they carried it into my house, unboxed it and attached the stand, then put it on my stand. Then they took my old tv away, along with the packaging for the new tv. They managed to do all this in less than an hour. They were great.

I was very pleased with the service I got when my big screen was delivered and set up.It is a 65” and the guys were very professional. Knew exact.y what they were doing,didn’t take long to install and get set up. I would recommend this service to everyone,I am a widow of recent so I really needed this service.They made sure all was working before they left.

Our new TV is so clear, bright or vibrant and excellent to watch...my old TV was 23 yrs old, Beastly heavy and probably cost more to turn on. Our Best Buy tech guys were excellent with everything and got us back up to date with our TV and speakers etc.

Purchase the sound bar for my husband for father's day. He's very pleased he was wanting that theater sound it excellent item.

The two technicians were very efficient in unpackaging and setting up the TV.

The Great Geek Guys (GGG) did it again. They know what they are doing, clean up the packaging, inquire about assisting other projects, etc., etc. While to some the cost seems on the high side, it is not! No frustration, no mess and no fuss are real products and the expense is well worth it.

The service was excellent. It was supposed to be a 2 person team, but one called out that day, so there was just one person. He was very professional, very careful, and answered all my questions. He took out my 15 year old Plasma TV which was twice as heavy as the new TV. Setup the new TV making small adjustments to the TV stand and plugged everything in and tested it out. He was great.

I tried doing setup myself but things were not optiimized. The staff were quick and professional and everything works!

I highly recommend the Geek Squad for the installation, set up and connecting of all of your devices. They are also very good at showing you how to use your devices and I’m very happy with the quality of work the team provided! They really know their stuff!
