Was done earlier than scheduled by a competent installer. Set my whole system up within 45min.CD,DVD,Roku and Direct TV.

The guys that came up and set my TV up to my Internet hooked up my TV in my room as well as the living room… I felt very confident with their knowledge and they helped me tremendously… I’m very pleased with the service would recommend Best Buy employees to enter a home and complete the task… Not to mention they were so nice… Good job

Mike bolson was awesome setting up the tv. Took his time to ensure everything i needed and wanted was done properly. I would not have been able to do half the things he did. He also explained everything to me. He went above and beyond and should be commended.

The Sony smart TV has performed very well and has provided us with outstanding entertainment media. The two technicians that installed he tv and connecter our remaining two tv's were very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure we understood all aspects of the operating process and procedures. The technicians were very well qualified and motivated to do an excellent job!

TV has amazingly great picture and features. Geek squad hook up was good (not great).

I ORIGINALLY GOT THIS TV FOR MY LIVING ROOM BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL (IT WASN'T REALLY, BUT I KNEW I WANTED SOMETHING BIGGER). SO I GOT A 55" FOR MY LIVING ROOM AND MOVED THIS ONE TO MY BEDROOM. TALK ABOUT AWESOME!

Awesome!! The agents set everything up! The TV, devices such as the new blu ray player, remotes, Sling TV, connected us to our existing VHS player, etc. I am amazed at the knowledge and skill level of the agents named Michael and Brian.
