My replacement TV arrived in a week and they set it up. They were respectable to my home, efficient and friendly. I will always keep an extended warranty on my products that I purchase from Best Buy.

I'd usually do the work myself, but our main television is a 80" Sony Bravia 4K that is both very heavy and expensive. After moving we paid for the service to have Geek Squad mount and install our set up. They were very accommodating, installed all our attachments, set up our universal remote for everything (some components changed from our move), and most importantly insured their work so if something happens I'm not stuck with the bill. If you have a complex setup, this is the way to go.

Getting Geek Squad support is the BEST DECISION I made when I wanted to upgrade my 2008 home theatre (also from Best Buy). I am amazed and in awe of the professionalism, abilities, efficiency and knowledge base of my installer Elvin Lopez in setting it all up to 2022 standards. THE GEEK SQUAD WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING THE DIFFERANT FEATURES AND THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS

The agents were polite, and professional. Answered all my questions, without hesitation. Cleaned up every single piece of unneeded cardboard/paper. A pleasure to work with. I later mentioned that the voice and lip movement of TV characters was "out of sync". I was contacted immediately, and an appointment has been scheduled to correct the matter. I am definitely a "satisfied customer".
