Delivery and setup were done when promised. Worth the money to have tv setup and old projection tv hauled off!!

Great job installing new TV with mounting bracket and all appropriate connections.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all required. The only thing left out was getting me signed in to Netflix, which I did on my own later.

We had the Geek Squad come over and hook up our new TV to our sound system in the house. Not only did he hook it up, but also straightened out the wire mess we had going on thru the walls! I cannot say enough good things about his service and knowledge! We have had several technicians come to the house to hook up TV's and sound systems and his knowledge of all things related to the sound system was better than anyone we have ever had to the house.

The Geek Technician, David, who showed up at our home promptly, could not have been more respectful or accommodating! He assembled our TV and set us up quickly and thoroughly. He patiently reviewed all of the features of this new "smart" TV for us and made sure he answered all of our questions too. We are not very tech savvy and he was patient and a very good teacher. He treated us as though we were family, making sure we were comfortable working our new set.

Purchased LG - 77" Class B3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV on 19 Dec and Geek Sq delivered and setup on 21 Dec. Tyler and Juwann of the Geek Sq did a great job getting everything setup. Works great so far.

I have an entertainment center and a universal remote. They programmed everything to my satisfaction. I was very pleased.

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad that set up my tv stand with fireplace and TV. They were hard workers that working quickly quietly and did excellent work. They removed all boxes and I would give them 5 Stars. Would absolutely recommend you use this service!
