This experience has been soooo helpful. I just sat there and was able to relax while they set up lol. The guys were professional and helpful.

These guys are fantastic. Knew exactly what to do.

I hired the geek squad to deliver my new 65 inch smart TV and show me how to use it. As it was my first smart TV, I had no idea how it worked. Luckily, I was sent a great technician/instructor. His name was Nitai and he was professional and very patient. He did not make me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and he stayed until all my questions were answered. He is the best!!

We purchased a MacBook Pro, an iPad Air, and two iPhone Xs during our visit to the Melbourne, FL store. All were coordinated by Eric at the Apple desk. He handled the Apple purchases and the link with Verizon. His service and recommendations were all well above excellent; far and away all my previous experiences in Best Buy stores or online. He will always be our go-to guy in the future; beginning with my iWatch purchase next week.

Patrick did a great job installing our new Sony 65" set. He answered all of our questions, and he cleaned up the packaging when he was done.

These guys were great,did an excellent job.they were on time they even dispose of the empty boxes.

The team was extremely polite--knowledgeable--called before arrival--had my new TV up and working in a short time.

Geek Squad did very good job in connecting big screen tv wiring thru tunnel behind the wall. Also did most of setup and tv worked OK. I had to do a few remaining portions of the setup.

The agent adjusted the sound on all of the devices I needed help with.

The guys were friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and were very quick.

The two gentlemen who came with my 65" TV, were fast and courteous and did clean up after the hook-up. And explain the remote and hook-up my sound system to the TV. Great job.

Awesome install and setup.... Geeks did a great with my new LG OLED CX series!

Did what requested, got it out of the box put it on the table plugged it in to checked it had a picture and free of defect. I did the set up to my home theater’s components. In and out in 15 minutes. 77 inch more than I could handle.

The guys who set up our TV’s were very efficient & explained everything to us. They did a great job!

Very helpful, got us up and running. Hooked everything up. We are very happy.
