I could not have asked for a more efficient team to install my new TV. It took very little to,e They made sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. Couldn’t be happier with this service.

The Geek Squad were knowledgeable, professional and efficient in setting up my new system consisting of TV, DVR, and Receiver, and made sure that the installed speakers worked correctly.

The installation of the Harmony Remote has made the use of multiple devices so less complicated and easy to use.

The techs did a great job replacing my broken 70" with the new 75. My issue is that i have paid for the Geek Squad service for the last 5 years and now it also costs me $200 extra for their service.

My Mom was shopping for a new 60" TV and I suggested she purchase it from Best buy due to the added extra service to install and connect her new TV to the internet and show her the remote and all. Typically, she would have to wait on me to visit her in Jersey (I live in GA) to connect everything. I love Best Buy's services. I've also used Geek Squad to go to her home to fix a laptop I purchased for her from Best buy. They're a life saver. Thanks Best buy!

They set up the TV and did a great job. I really like this TV a lot.

The agents remounted my TV on a stand and connected all my units, speakers, cable box and DVD player. All went well and is working just fine. This service is not free and a bit pricey, but for me, worth it.

They didn't leave the house until all equipment was installed perfectly.

The Geek Squad representative that came to my home called before arriving, was on time, set up all of my devices including my new Sony TV,mSound Bar, and connected everything to my Fios service. He also programmed the Fios Tuner and downloaded the latest TV software. He took all the time necessary to acquaint me with how the TV and remote work so that I would be able to use all of the features of my new setup. Excellent service in all ways and I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.
