    Geek Squad Agents installed our new 75" television on a Saturday morning. They had all it unboxed, installed, accessories hooked up, updated and verified all tools worked in less than 30 minutes. I was IMPRESSED.

    They did a good job of setting up my 75" TV. It did not need to be mounted. The remote isn't completely set up making me use two remotes. I will figure it out on my own. The service was incredibly fast, i think next day.

    The 2 gentlemen who installed our Samsung TV each worked well together! I guy did all the programming & the other guy did an amazing job of organizing all the electrical wiring into a very neat & organized set-up!

    The Geek Squad was slow in contacting me when they were rescheduling my delivery and installation for the third time. The outside contractor kept me informed on the delivery and install calling me to make sure I would be home. The contractor dispatch, and installers took care of me like the Geek Squad should have. The actual delivery and install took place with no issues by the outside contractor.
