Geek Squad installed - so it was a seamless installation for us. The "squad" came on time, they were courteous and thorough. The soundbar was did not sync up with TV however and we didn't discover the problem until after the squad left. The next technician figured out the problem and fixed it!!

After connecting my remotes to the TV, I can't use my Dish remote to change the volume or turn off the television like I could with the previous television.

The two guys who came out were great. They really took their time explaining everything to us. They set up everything and didn't leave until we understood it.

The Sony smart TV has performed very well and has provided us with outstanding entertainment media. The two technicians that installed he tv and connecter our remaining two tv's were very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure we understood all aspects of the operating process and procedures. this was a simple setup that consisted of removing TV from box hooking up cord setting it on top of stand and programming remote. Took 20 minutes to do.

We actually requested the same service installer who had previously called on us (David). Very professiona and courteous.

Was confuesd at first about how to controll TV ,the salesman did not explain when I purchased the TV that I would need a smart phone to program the operation of this tv. We have flip phones not compatible. The wonderful thing about all this was, not at any Time did Best Buy or the Geek Squad abondon us, they worked with us and through this problem without any additional cost. I thank the store and Geek squad for resolving the issue at hand. Thank You Best Buy and Geek Squad.

The geek squad person showed up on time. He was very efficient. Installed both our TV and stand to our satisfaction. He also went over how to use the remote to make best use of our new equipment.
