GREAT INSTALL AND SET UP OF MY TV AND MADE SURE ALL WAS WORKING AND THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE TV AND INSTALL

Geek Squad set up was efficient and thorough. They explained the features of my new tv and noise cancelling headphones very well.

Geek squad installed my tv and ensured all features I wanted worked and showed me how to use them.

In a day when most companies do not understand the meaning of customer service, my recent experience with Geek Squad went above and beyond. My cable lines needed to be re-routed through a built in bookcase. They took great care to only drill enough to fish the lines. They cleaned up their mess before they left and explained everything to me. I am not what you call Techy and they gave me more information, in easy to understand terms. Thanks Best Buy for having such a great support group.

I’ve has Geek Squad for many years and do not intend to stop anytime soon. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to a friend. The two guys arrived on time, did the job and answered all my questions. TV works fine. My only somewhat negative comment is a scheduling thing, the ‘four hour’ window of wait time. I’d prefer shorter, maybe two?

TV has amazingly great picture and features. Geek squad hook up was good (not great).

Geek Squad was right o time to install my TV. they were fast, efficient and explained everything I needed to know. A week or so after the installation the TV lost the internet connection. The on screen commands didn't work to reconnect it so I called the Geek Squad and they walked me through correcting the problem on the phone. The installers even left contact info so that I could reach contact them if I had any questions.

Geek Squad guys are great! Were quick, polite, respectful, did a great job!

Awesome mounting and a great crew from Pacoima who willingly answered the call to this job in Santa Clarita!! The delay was disappointing at first but between the Geek Squad Manager at Santa Clarita, the District/Regional Manager and Pacoima -- all worked out in the end. Thank you!
