the setup services are way too high in price. I appreciate the Geek Squad's professionalism and knowledge, but the high price is aggravating and spoils an otherwise great shopping experience.

I hired the geek squad to deliver my new 65 inch smart TV and show me how to use it. As it was my first smart TV, I had no idea how it worked. Luckily, I was sent a great technician/instructor. His name was Nitai and he was professional and very patient. He did not make me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and he stayed until all my questions were answered. He is the best!!

The agent did everything expected and went above and beyond in instructing me and how to use my new TV. He was very personable and patient.

Colin showed up right on time. Setup the tv , sound bar, the dark , cleaned up all within an hour. Super tech.

The technician that came to my home was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of me and my home. He was able to install the TV and explain to me how to switch from my regular programing to the Smart options using the remote control. He was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend him and The Geek Squad to anyone!
