    The 2 GEEK squad guys that delivered and set up my 65" Sony OLED TV and Sony sound bar where very professional and showed me things I would not have known. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied! GREAT JOB GUYS!

    Geek Squad technician unboxed and set up my new TV, and explained the remote control functions. In addition, showed me how to connect a thumb drive to the USB port which gives me the ability to slideshow photos on the TV. He is very polite and professional. Also, wore shoe coverings which I appreciate.

    Geek Squad did very good job in connecting big screen tv wiring thru tunnel behind the wall. Also did most of setup and tv worked OK. I had to do a few remaining portions of the setup.

    The agents unpacked my new TV, but before they were able to hook it up, one of them noticed that the screen had some internal damage. They packed it back up, returned to the store, and, a bit later, returned to my house with another TV. They hooked it up and made sure that everything worked as it should. They were very professional.

    The Geek Squad that came to help me set up my TV was very quick and thorough. Tu seemed to know his stuff. He was able to answer my questions and help me how to get a better quality on watching some network shows by downloading an app instead of through the converter box.
