    The Geek Squad is so worth it. They make everything easier for me. I love having a professional person install my TV because you know it's going to be done right. Bentley is more than amazing.

    The service from the Geek squad was great to have since I don't have a vehicle large enough to haul a big TV. Plus the 1st television they brought to our house was damaged. So they brought a new one within a few weeks without any issues. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

    Great service. Installed and explained the functions of the Samsung Frame TV. Took away the old TV and all the packing. Quick and convenient.

    The service personnel came and installed all the equipment in record speed and advised me how to use the new TV. They were earlier than I expected and did the install and left me to enjoy the equipment. Great job guys.

    Omg, everything went better than expected and I 200% love my new Samsung tv and can’t wait to purchase another one in a few months, thanks a million Best Buy, one other thing your employees were so kind and careful!!!! I’m just having a major issue with the remote at times!!!!
