The best service for TV installation!

Geek Squad delivered and installed new TV.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The techs installed the new Tv, removed and hauled off the old TV. The new TV was setup and operating when they finished. There was a problem with the sound bar and the solution and options were not covered well and I ended up removing the sound bar. The techs also did not explain the setup options on the TV very well and I have gone back and done research and changed several options.

The Geek Squad to the rescue!

One of the TVs needed a different bracket and she made notes so when I went to Best Buy there would be a record of the bracket that would fit my situation. She was so pleasant and competent, plus showed me how to operate the new devices. If I need a Geek Squad Agent, I will request Jaime!
