    The agent set up my T.V. expertly!! ..... After installation, agent tutored me in the operation of the T.V. Afterwards the agent asked if I had any questions or concerns of which I had none! Great Job!

    Omg, everything went better than expected and I 200% love my new Samsung tv and can’t wait to purchase another one in a few months, thanks a million Best Buy, one other thing your employees were so kind and careful!!!! I’m just having a major issue with the remote at times!!!!

    Once the agent was changed to Ricky, all went well. He and helper were efficient, professional and explained things to us. As elderly customers, I do think the charge may have been a little high, but ended up all good.

    We were having difficulty with properly setting up our new Sony TV. Come to find out we had connected it properly but we needed to have HD service from our service provider. The tech was very good at giving us a tutorial on that matter and did the find tuning adjustments to get us ready for the new service level. We have now got that and the TV is as advertised. Thanks again to Stephen.
