Clean job easyThey only took like 20 minutes to mount my TV and it looks great

he set up tv and then took the time to explain how to use features and remote. Very helpful

Well we are not fine yet. Something to do with Samsung being down at the time of set up. They are coming back Sunday to finish

The Geek squad men were very nice. They wore their masks the whole time. The worked as a team and got the job done quickly. Make sure if you make a geek squad appt that you are actually getting geek squad from Bestbuys. There is another group they subcontract to that is horrible. I did not care for their service after what their technician did to my security camera.

The geek squad guys who came and set up my TV were amazing! I feel bad because I told him I would submit a survey with his name on it. But now I can’t remember his name. Whatever you do with the geek squad don’t worry they will take care of you if they don’t do it right they will make it right. If not tell him Dan sent you and he wants it to be right LOL

The setup we needed required putting together a piece of furniture as well as setting up the television. It was very complex but the two men worked hard until it was done and everything was perfect.

The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled, efficiently unpacked and set up both 77" OLED Samsung and soundbar. We were very satisfied.

Agents replaced defective tv, hooked everything back up and had it up a running.

I was so glad i shoped at best buy they have a great customer service department. They helped me to replace a broken set, with a new one and set a trained friendly technician. To help set it up. I plan to always buy tvs from Best buy.

We have Total Tech service which has served us well over the years. I needed Geek Squad to deliver and set up my TCL 32" TV for my room at my son's home in VA, where I live part-time. Per usual, Geek Squad arrived as scheduled and the set-up went perfectly. He set up everything according to plan. I'm always grateful for this service.

Our tech was a young man named Salvador, and he did a fantastic job of mounting the 50" flat screen television to our living room wall. He was very helpful in explaining everything and was friendly as well!

Our delivery was scheduled and just so happened to be our first really bad snow storm. So bad the delivery truck got stuck in a ditch and had to be pulled out...none the less Best Buy delivery/set-up team came through with flying colors! They were in great spirits considering their mishap. They were polite, and informative about our new products and a outstanding team. First time with Best Buy and won't be the last...job well done!!
