I purchased Geek squad because I'm not that great hooking up TV with all the devices nor did I want to carry the TV home. For $99 they did it all, efficiently and with a smile. Very nice guys who showed me how to get the best picture possible with the correct cables -- 4k, HDMI and optical.

Our installer delivered the unit to our house, set it up completely, explained the remote control to us, and then carried away our old/dead HDTV! He worked quickly, talking with us as he worked, explaining this and that, and did his tasks professionally and courteously. What more could you ask for?

The TV is great and the Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing, explaining and moving older TV to the bedroom. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The two Geek Squad agents who delivered my TV connected everything and made sure all was working perfectly. They were very knowledgeable and very intent on getting everything working perfectly. They also helped make sure my Roku stick worked with the new TV. They were very nice.

I purchased this Samsung TV in August 2024 and have been very happy. The picture is crisp. It was delivered as scheduled and the Geek Squad was professional and helpful. If you are somewhat technically challenged, let the Geek Squad help you out!

Excellent service and set up was done very efficiently! Chris was extremely helpful and patient in getting everything working and set up for us. He made sure we understood how to work everything! Would recommend!

Representative was polite and helpful. I thought I measured correctly before purchasing, but when it came out of the box and he had put legs on it I said "I don't think that is going to fit. He looked and agreed,but never hesitated, he said "no problem" we will do a wall mount. He was so sweet about the whole thing, he never got ruffled about it. Just fixed the problem and looked happy about it. I wish he could come fix my computer. But he only does televisions.

My Lg 60" tv arrived on time, it was connected and setup easily. They were professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Best Buys and our TV purchase, have purchased the extended service for no worries.

I recommend this for people like me who know nothing about connecting new technology. It was quick and the young man took his time explaining the remote and TV’s special features. It made the difference in the enjoyment of my wonderful new Smart TV.

We're older and retired and wanted the Geek Squad to deliver, unpack and set up our new tv and sound bar. They were here on time, very professional and knowledgeable. They had our entire system set up and explained quickly so all we had to do was "click the on button"! They were super!!

Recently, Geek Squad Agent Isabella and her team did an outstanding job of unpacking and installing my new 2024 Sony Bravia 43" 4K HDTV, including positioning it on the existing pedestal on my TV stand. She and they were exceptional and the perfect example of customer-oriented employees. Isabella and her team were highly skilled, efficient, kind, patient, very happy to explain aspects of my new Sony Bravia, and answer my questions. I probably interacted the most with Isabella, and that was such a positive experience. For my family and I, over the years, I have purchased so many Best Buy televisions, pedestals, computers, printers, routers, and kitchen appliances, utilizing the Geek Squad for so many installations. It is because of outstanding employees like Isabella that keep me returning to the Geek Squad and to Best Buy in Las Vegas, Nevada, typically in Summerlin. Best Buy stull has GOOD customer service. They help you with whatever you need before the purchase. Are on time for the install. Set it up completely....the whole job, clean up and make sure you are ready to go and know how to use it! And they don't disappear if you have any ussue come up under warranty or trouble-shooting. I would absolutely recommend any service in their customer service genre.

Purchased Geek Squad delivery, installation and setup for LG C4 OLED 55" TV and LG SC9S soundbar. The technician was very knowledgeable in the setup of both the TV and Soundbar and explained the setup to me as he completed each step. He demonstrated the TV/soundbar and assisted in getting a my apps setup. And he also setup the remotes for both the TV and my COMCAST dvr - and taught me how to avoid the annoying aspects to the LG magic remote. Can't say enough about how excellent he was in communicating with me and getting my new system setup.

Geek squad individual who connected our television, sound bar and new cable box was excellent. Unboxed and positioned the TV, set everything up, and provided all information needed to operate new remotes, access Netflix, etc. and answered all of our questions. Extremely helpful and well worth the cost for people like me and my wife, who are not tech smart.

The Geek Squad experts setup our new 82 inch Samsung TV quicky and then reprogrammed our three existing controllers to work using just one! What a convenient time saving inprovement to our home theater system.
