Aaron delivered the TV and Blue Ray player and set up the whole works. The location made it a little difficult but he handled it like a champ, He then set up the cable remotes and had everything synced together and explained everything to me. Being old school and technologically challenged, I really appreciated it.

I live alone, so I definitely needed assistance getting the TV set up on the stand and on my entertainment center. The Geek Squad person was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He set me up, gave me pointers for configuration, and took my old TV to be recycled.

The agents were very professional and polite. They set up the TV and answered any questions I had. They were very neat and replaced the cable organizer exactly correct.

These gentlemen showed up on time. Called to let me know when they would arrive. Set up the tv on arrival, covered their shoes and very professional. They answered every question I had. I will definitely use them again when I get a 70 in. Explained warranty on the tv and whom to contact. i had a pleasant experience. !!!

The two Geek Squad agents who delivered my TV connected everything and made sure all was working perfectly. They were very knowledgeable and very intent on getting everything working perfectly. They also helped make sure my Roku stick worked with the new TV. They were very nice.

Chrisp clear color, and deep blacks just like I saw in the store. Excellent 3D, The vertual 3D was just like the demo tape that played in the store. This was an excellent value for the money. When compared to other TV's with a similar price, I believe the Samsung 8500 was the clear winner. It was just like the sales people said, They were extremely honest when they said - your picture is only as good as your source. Max, Devon and manager Mat were excellent -I was suprised how helpful they were and how they went out of their way for me. I will shop again in their store due to their knowledge of product and willingness to help. I also bought the 5 yr warantee and set up. It was a very smart move. They knew how to set up the TV and gave me everything I wanted. They downloaded the apps with the smart TV and set up custom sound - I wanted the installers to hook it up to two sound systems and the TV sound so it could switch between them just like I asked - and the sound was possible with an adaptor that was included. They maxed out my TV and it acted just like the sample I saw in the store. I was surprised that non high def channels also looked very clean, clear and had vivid clear rich colors and pictures. This was one Black Friday sale that made me a believer. All of you were #1 - thank you. I highly recomment this TV and Best Buy. Chris

I was so happy with the excellent customer service and set-up Mike gave me on the 20th of this month.He explained everthing in full detail,asked me if I had any questions and when I did again explained.. A wonderful experience and he even cleaned up after the set-up and picked up papers,etc

I chose inhouse set up and haul away as part of my purchase of an LG OLED 55 C5 TV. The technician actually showed up a couple of minutes early in the install window, went thru the set up with no issues, helped me thru the initial LG (voluminous) setup, and took my older TV out with no problems. He was also very friendly and polite. I recommend the service.

Isabella and her team were highly skilled, efficient, kind, patient, very happy to explain aspects of my new Sony Bravia, and answer my questions. I probably interacted the most with Isabella, and that was such a positive experience. For my family and I, over the years, I have purchased so many Best Buy televisions, pedestals, computers, printers, routers, and kitchen appliances, utilizing the Geek Squad for so many installations. It is because of outstanding employees like Isabella that keep me returning to the Geek Squad and to Best Buy in Las Vegas, Nevada, typically in Summerlin. The Greek Squad were actually early came in set it up demonstrated how to program this particular model very courteous very professional very expedient was in and out in less than 1/2 hr happy I chose Best Buy Geek Squad...

Two very nice young men came to my house both were wearing masks, they were very courteous. They set the new TV on the stand And hooked up all my devices that were on my old TV. They showed me how to operate the remote and made sure that I knew how to operate the TV.

They were on time for installation, they were professional in their manner with the way they explained what they were doing and the operation of the equipment. I couldn't have been more happy with the service and would do it again and recommend it to anyone.
