    The Geeks came in and mounted our TV and hooked everything up and did a great job

    Exceptional multi service again by the Geek Squad! Total tech is the best service we’ve ever experienced. Thorough installations and completed timely without any issues. Great instructions given for easy operation. Both our new TV and Arlo security products both work fantastic.

    My TV was already mounted, I had the Squad come out to set up my new Denon receiver which was done quickly and efficiently, I was told I needed to purchase the mounting service for them to connect it to my TV. This required the tech to hook up the new arc cord he sold me from the truck. He did a great job all around I can't blame him for the mounting charge just seems like a ridicoulous charge to attach a wire.

    This was a help us arrange our YV with Spectrum streaming, Apple TV, Fire Stick, Prime Video and XM radio. While teleworking here from DC my wife has gone from limited sight to very little sight so we were told Apple TV had the verbal feature and Spectrum had nothing to offer, would be our best bet. Within 30 minutes of the two Geeks leaving something happened and nothing worked the way they set it up. I called the cell number they had used to tell me their on way and no answer. So overall we are not happy with the Gerk TV folks.

    The previous LG TV died. It had a warranty and as a Total Tech member, a Geek Squad member assessed the old TV and found it uneconomic for repair. The Geek Squad brought in a new TV, explained how to use it, and removed the old TV and all of the boxing materials. Very professional and thorough.

    The agents did a very good job of hooking up by TV and soundbar, and they were very professional and very polite poet. I have decided that I will be buying more products and appliances from Best Buy because of the good customer service I get. Other places I have been buying appliances the customer service is not as good as it used to be.

    Geek squad did very professional job of installing my speakers. Had the subwoofer on back order for over a month so configuration was not complete. The subwoofer came a week after so I called, texted, and email to feel squad tech to come to complete the configuration but never got an answer. Had to manually configure the system to the best if my knowledge. Highly recommend that if you do not have all the speakers to wait before calling the geek squad to avoid this inconvenience and frustration.

    Crew was very professional & quick to install... they gave clear instructions ... but I didn't write those down ... am struggling with the remote. Tv sound thru receiver does not turn on automatically every time as they said. And if I've had music on & want to turn on the tv ... I can't get the sound of tv to run thru system inside while music is on outside! Help!

    Great TV but Hand Remote will break eventually

    Great Clarity and picture definition. The only reason I took off 1 star is the remote "Enter" button broke in a year and half of normal use. There are no controll buttons on the tv set itself. I would suggest to buy an extra remote controll from the beginning.
